AA towing was very helpful he was the third tow company I called for a quote and he beat all other quotes I've got with the previous and after calls even the tow company that was only a quarter mile from the cars location you would think they would have been the cheapest but they weren't smh oh well AA towing came through.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!
This mechanic is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and negligent. My father’s car was left unattended for an unreasonable amount of time, and when we finally got it back, it was in worse condition than before. The mechanic added unknown chemicals to the fuel tank, cut essential cables, and left the car not running at all. When confronted, they were rude and dismissive, refusing to take responsibility for the damage they caused.
Thankfully, a retired mechanic inspected and repaired the vehicle and confirmed that the damage was intentional or due to complete incompetence. We have photos of the cut cables and even saved a sample of the chemicals added to the tank.
This place is a scam—they take your money and ruin your car. Avoid at all costs! I have already filed a complaint with the DMV and will be taking further action.

If I can give this shop no stars I would my dad took his car here for exchange of engine quoted him a price and they took forever(about 3 months after all parts were given to them) to install we brought the car running and they said it needs a fuel pump and other things !!!!!trying to add more to the bill.and now coincidentally it doesn’t start.I had money on hand to pay him off but car wouldn’t start so I decided until they have it running they were being sarcastic with me and both me and my sister got ignored because we are girls !! He wouldn’t even direct a word with me just my dad so of course I got upset 😠 they called the cops on us because we wanted to know why is it taking so long for the car to be done like I said we had money on hand but just because we were girls they didn’t attend us and they called the cops on us after that day. The car stayed for one more month and then he notified my father that the car will be on a lienso this mechanic shop likes to steal cars and old parts and does not do a good job. poor customer service after the incident. A couple people came out that this shop has stole their cars as well and overcharged them and added to the Bill more and more so we got feedback from other people as we were talking about the shop and they confirmed that their vehicle as well has been there and they were not happy with the outcome if you can avoid this shop, just because they give you a cheap price that is not the price. Take it to a better shop rather pay a little bit more but get a good result in a working car in another place. The guy that treated us badly was an older male Hispanic and very short. And a tall dude with glasses I didn’t get their names but it’s okay

Unprofessional and takes advantage. We called for a quote and they originally told us it would be $150 to get our vehicle out of a ditch on side of the road. Then they came out and evaluated it and told us it will be $300 to get it out after seeing the situation. Fine, no problem, they got their eyes on it and thought it'd be more work so that's understandable, we paid $300.00. Then after the work was done they told us its going to be an additional $250.00 because they underquoted it and degraded us for "not understanding their workload." If we agree to a price, that's the price that should be paid. I would not use them again.

Had my car towed and was treated very professionall.The gentleman even helped me solve a problem that I was having,for which I was very grateful. When I stopped a few weeks later even though he was busy working on a car he took the time to talk to me.It's hard to find that kind of welcome these days.
