“We are on the final leg of our road trip home and my check engine light came on and car started shaking! Middle of the night …. I recognized the next exit and took it! Called AAA and John from Phil’s was dispatched. Once there he was so kind and tried helping us the best he could. When he informed us how much it was going to cost for mileage on the tow, he gave us other suggestions. We opted to leave the vehicle at the secured area and a friend picked us up. (Thankfully we were close to our stop for the night and our friend was able to get us…) This morning I contacted Mark at Phil’s and he suggested a shop that would most likely work on it same day. Richard came and towed the van to the shop and I have never felt so helped like I was by the 3 gentlemen that we dealt with at Phil’s!!”
“AA towing was very helpful he was the third tow company I called for a quote and he beat all other quotes I've got with the previous and after calls even the tow company that was only a quarter mile from the cars location you would think they would have been the cheapest but they weren't smh oh well AA towing came through.”
