This bank is the "WE CAN'T BANK" !!!! There are so many ridiculous rules, for example, you can not make a cash deposit of more than $500.00 but they will take a check for a much larger amount for deposit with no problem.Anyway, I've been stuck for too long with these "the customer is always wrong" people I'll be moving the balance of my accounts to Umpqua Bank . I opened a small account with them about 10 months ago and I have to say they get a 5star rating from me, they have exceptional customer service!

Unwelcoming staff, I've had a few positive experiences with like 2 people in last few years. Primarily with older aged staff. This last year they have just been getting worse. Customer service is not comparable to other branches. I go to other branches to avoid this one even though this is the closest.

Staff is rude and doesn't have good customer service at all. If you must stay with this bank I suggest using the red bluff branch they are way nicer and they actually figure out how to help you rather then just turn you away.

The most disinterested unengauging bank branch ever. Its always a chore and I wish I could transfer my main branch to downtown Chico where everyone is so much nicer. Stay away from here unless you need the ATM.

Wanted to open a banking account for my child, after waiting for five plus minutes she said "I don't want to bank where they make you wait in line for a long time to deposit my money. " It's unfortunate that this branch has only 2 people working the bank.Customer service must not be the banks priority, is what I understand from your response. Being a customer since the early 90's, I wanted my children to bank with you also. I believe it is time for change.

Terrible customer service. Waited Twenty five minutes in line and no worker acknowledged the seven people in line’s presence. Absolutely no urgency from the one teller and manager to help any of us. Most blatantly mismanaged branch I’ve ever walked into.

We got a loan through this branch , at the time the woman manager was very nice she helped us sign our paperwork, then was transferred to another branch. The new manager called said he couldn't fid our paperwork and we would have to sign again. We didn't have a problem with that. What we discovered later is that he changed the term of the agreement, by the time we discovered it, it was to late to do anything about it. When we complained, he retired.

Took in a ripped $20 that was received from atm. Manager said he couldn't take it. That are completely incompetent here Please go somewhere else for your own sake

Have been banking here for 20 years. This is my favorite US Bank branch. All the staff is friendly & courteous. Someone is sure to smile & greet as soon as I walk in.

Not happy with the customer service at this location. After having an account here for over 2 years without issues they charged my account 3 overdrafts because a merchant had put a hold on an amount yet to be withdrawn. Which caused a domino effect and 9 days later, there were 4 more overdrafts. 258.00 in 10 days! I can't afford to just throw my money at banks who don't appreciate business, I will be closing the account and using my mattress to save my money in!!! His attitude was, that I had interrupted his lunch! !
