If you’re looking for a pharmacy these guys are great! I’ve been with West-end since they’ve been open and I can say, without a doubt, they’re the best pharmacy in Corning. They’ve always treated me with respect, I’ve always gotten my medication on time and never had a problem with them.

Great pharmacy fast service friendly people. Just one thing I wish there was stay open later at least on Friday. I sometimes get off work later in the evening in the summertime but other than that awesome place.

West end us now my go to in corning. Old time closed and riteaid can go fly a kite. Anyways they are super helpful. They have gone above and beyond to help me many times when we had dr issues or med issues. They are most friendly and the place is small but fast. Sometimes half the time they tell me.the text notifications are great. Thanks guys

They charge you for their “time” to administer the free COVID vaccine. We found this out because family was turned away from receiving the vaccine since this pharmacy doesn’t work with that particular insurance. Called the state to ask about it and was told they are not suppose to charge anyone or turn anyone away. Unfortunate that this pharmacy is trying to squeeze anything they can out of our small community.

Very disappointing experience. Unprofessional and where you get your vaccine is a dirty little room. When I expressed frustration one of the young ladies laughed at me. Do not recommend if you want to be treated with dignity and respect.

The people here are lovely!! Felix, the pharmacist, seems like one of the nicest men I've met in quite some time. He really brightened my day! I don't often need a pharmacy but when I do, I will choose West End. :)
