“Today, in the hustle and bustle of getting ready to host a Thanksgiving dinner for 40 of my family members, I went to Stater Brothers to buy my groceries. because I was so preoccupied. I left a 4 pound tri-tip in my shopping cart in the parking lot of Stater brothers. I went back an hour later. Spoke to the manager and asked if anyone had returned my tri-tip. She asked around and no one had returned it.I was fully prepared to purchase another one when the manager told me to go ahead and pick one out and take it. So while it's annoying that someone took some thing that they didn't pay for. My faith in humanity was renewed by this manager working on Wednesday, 11/22!!!! I don't get your name but you made my day!!!!”

“I have been a member since January 2000, and decided my husband needed to open an account with SchoolsFirst. We went in on June 11, 2022. This branch is beautiful! The gentleman at the front desk welcomed us. He thanked me for my membership of over 22 years. He also thanked me for bringing my husband in to join. We waited about 10 minutes; it was a busy Saturday. We were greeted by Miguel Vazquez. He was dressed professionally, welcomed us, thanked us for our patience in waiting and asked us to follow him to his desk. I already had an account, so it was fun to see how Miguel presented the credit union to my husband. He discussed the products and process. My husband received his ATM card right away. Miguel also did a "re-cap" of EVERYTHING he discussed and did for my husband. Miguel told me he has been there about 9 months or so (longer now as it has taken me over a month to find time to write this!) I was SUPER impressed with this young man. Why is this so important to me??? Because I worked for SchoolsFirst years ago, I left in 2008. I am SO HAPPY to see that SchoolsFirst continues to demonstrate WORLD CLASS MEMBER SERVICE! This one is very spacious, clean, and friendly cashiers named Holly , Kristal , Kylie , Veronica , are all four my favorite cashiers here . I grew up shopping at Stater Brothers & also shop at all different types of grocery stores too as well as Stater Brothers. I'm enjoying my groceries that I purchased yesterday. “After being a member of Chase for years and getting horrible service multiple times - at multiple branches - over the last few months (not sure why their service declined so much), we went to this SchoolsFirst and it restored my faith in customer service again. Just Wow!!! I needed to open an account for myself and my minor son. We were greeted right away and though the branch was very busy we didn't mind waiting since every single employee seemed to have their hands full and doing the best they could. Emily helped us with our new accounts. She was very sweet and patient, especially with my teenage son since this was his first account. Later, the manager Sue came over to say hello and welcomed us to our new bank. Thank you so much SchoolsFirst and your excellent team! I think we have found our new bank for life.”

“It is that time of the year. We have to get our shopping done to serve the traditional turkey dinner. This is an annual event, and the lovely missus does all the cooking. We know that Stater Bros. Market has what we need. A butterball turkey is on top of the list. Then the stuffing, gravy, corn and green beans and cranberries and sparkling apple cider. She bought some pies but also the apples to make her own. There was more on the list, and I checked it twice. We have found it all at this Stater Bros. Market.”

“This Vons is stocked well, clean and organized. I especially like their floral department. They get fresh shipments of amazing flowers three times a week. I also like the service. Becky helped me with a return, and she was respectful and pleasant. Debbie and Rebecca have also helped me and have often greeted me and processed my order quickly and efficiently. The best part is the whole staff is very festive. During the holidays, they are decked out with holiday pins and necklaces. Yesterday, Robert was wearing some New Year's bling. Too much fun! “Shoutout to Alex at the Pharmacy! After recently switching to a new insurance, I needed a place to send my prescriptions. I chose a tried and true CVS near my house (and learned yesterday that they have different hours for the pharmacy on Sundays). In any case, I popped in during the "after work" hour and saw a few folks in line in front of me. Alex was working the pharmacy counter and made pleasant chat in both English and Spanish with the patrons in front of me. She was both friendly and efficient, and made it quickly to me in no time. I only had one prescription and wasn't able to pull up the barcode from my text confirmation (newb here who hasn't yet downloaded the CVS app...). She was happy to take my name and birthday instead and promptly pulled out my prescription. We exchanged some laughs and I was on my way! I hope she's working every time I come in - I think I'll have to make a habit of stopping by on Monday evenings if I can!”

“I don't usually write reviews for grocery markets however, this review goes towards an employe by the name of Michael. I decided to get grocery's really late ate night. While me and my fiancé were waiting he instantly provided assistance. We wanted the jumbo shrimp which was sold out. We asked if perhaps they had more in the back, Michael from the seafood/ meat section went out of his way to go check, he could of said no we are all out just like anyone else would have said. however, he gladly went to check and brought back enough shrimp for us.
