Stater Bros Market at Adams/Brookhurst provides excellent customer service, wonderful selection of groceries and prepared foods at competitive prices. Cashiers and others are very efficient, courteous, friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Just left the store and wow people were so polite and helpful. Back in the meat section being asked if I needed help and pointing out the best deals. Then Brian checking us out was really nice, informative and personable. Way to step it up.

Who knows if they even read these reviews. I'm giving them a 3 out of 5 stars. 1. The store always smells - not fresh and clean. 2 the customer service is horrible. Smile and greet the customer. But I also have to remember, they're selling quantity and not quality.
