Brittany and her team are THE best agents that we have ever had...period.My wife and I have owned/leased over 9 homes over the years. Previously, we never felt represented by our agent. Rather, they would do just enough to earn their commission, but no more than that.Completely different story with Brittany. During our first call with her, she walked us through her process highlighting the "what's" as well as the "why's". She set expectations with a competitive market. She answered all of our questions. Again, this was just day one...but that's all that we needed.Brittany's team quickly dialed in what we were looking for. They would ask questions initially to understand the profile and parameters for the desired home. They then quickly illustrated their understanding by highlighting "must have" items as we were touring homes. We never once had to repeat ourselves...they had listened and understood the first time.Once we found "the" house, Brittany and team accelerated. They spoke to the listing agent to understand our competition. They assembled our offer package keeping us appraised every step of the way. Simply put, they gave us our best chance at securing our desired home -even in the face of massive competition. Guess what...we won thanks to their help. We won without having to resort to a bidding war. You must understand that Brittany's offer package goes beyond just the dollar amount. It brings her clients front and center as part of the offer.At this point, most agents would have gone on to other clients. Not Brittany and her team. They continued to advise us on utilities, movers, and many,many other things. As Brittany always says: you are my client long after the transaction completes.
