Ramzi is the Best agent! We were taken from first listing our home in Yorba Linda to closing this past month. He and his whole team made the journey seem less, and stress free. When it came time to list my condo, there was only one person who I trusted to get the job done and that person is Ramzi Ataya! From his excellent marketing and presentation skills, to his vast knowledge of the industry and ability to negotiate in this crazy real estate market we’re currently in, I just knew he’d far exceed my expectations and he did. During the process we ran into a few roadblocks with my HOA (never fun to deal with), but he took the lead thank goodness and got everything resolved…eliminating so much stress from my plate for which I’m grateful. Ramzi successfully negotiated $50k over asking price, making the sale of my condo the highest recorded to date for my complex!!! THANK YOU Ramzi for taking such good care of my transaction. Ramzi is a great asset to Engel & Volkers, he and his team helped us sell our 5 point community home in Irvine. He works diligently and is super responsive to answer any questions you have in your mind. He knows his work, he has the right team to take pictures, video of your home, awesome back office team, his video team covers all aspects of your home so beautiful, we had multiple offers within 2 days of listing as predicted by Ramzi. We got the price which we wished for, he is very professional in suggesting to you any changes that might be needed before you get your home on the market. He is very accommodating in your requests and he put us at ease selling our home during the pandemic, he took extra measures to make sure the home, people visiting were all protected and everything was very well sanitized.
