I regret my decision. I bought a printer off of ebay here for a good price. 3 hours later a put in a cancelation, and they rejected it. And it is not even shipped to this day. And they don't respond on ebay as I have tried several times.

It is not often you come across a company who is willing to go the extra mile to take care of a customer. Their professionalism from the get-go was amazing. They made the process easy and quick and were very accommodating when we were having internet issues. But more than that, they backed up what they sold. We had a technical issue with the equipment we received and they were quick to have their tech talk to us and get things figured out. What makes companies great like ABD, is not what they sell but how they handle the daily problems which arise or how they provide customer support when things go wrong. The great communication, the follow-up and the quick response to helping us get up and running was amazing. I will be doing continued business with them in the future. Thanks Guys!!!!!

My printer does not work with wifi unless I purchase an additional product from them! The scanner doesn’t work ! Anytime u need help with something they charge $175

This company sold me a product that was supposedly refurbished on Amazon. After contacting them to let them know the item required $791 worth of parts to operate properly they simply did not respond until after the return and warranty window expired. You should stay away. They do not deserve your business.

I bought a brand new Kyocera 3553ci from these guys since they are a Kyocera Authorized Dealer near my place. Machine works well. Great customer support. Will definitely recommend them.

We have NEVER contacted this company. We have NEVER needed their services. YET they constantly send us SPAM . They found our email address on our website. And keep sending us spam. Not just once but many times from different employees names. Apparently either the employees names are made up or the employees quit often . What, they feel we should have to call them to request them to STOP sending SPAM we never requested?

I made a last minute call to their tech support and was gratified to have been assisted even at that late hour. Thanks for the help with the network issue of my printer, the tech guy had been very helpful and friendly, he did his best to help me find the best solution. good customer service

This place has to be a scam. I authorized the purchase of a copy machine and provided my business debit card information to make the purchase. Instead of running the card they wanted to do a three-way call with me and my bank to authorize the transaction, then when I informed them that I wasn't willing to do a three-way call with my bank they wanted me to give them information for another card. Ridiculous.

Working with ABD Office Solutions to get a new XEROX Printer has been a real headache and will never purchase any other items from them ever again! They sold faulty equipment that they tried to repair and still had problems which they refused to stand behind and take care of.1) Installer forgot to line up casters on my finisher unit and so prints were getting jammed (no doubt causing a ton of other problems for us in the future). The tech who came to install the unit even bent the unit to get it fitted onto the printer. This is video documented as well.2) They replaced a faulty drum with a drum meant for 220 v hookups. Unfortunately for us, we don't have that kind of voltage running through our walls so we had to replace this as well.3) The inverter module on this same unit is faulty again and doesn't print duplex jobs, they've already replaced it once, but won't stand by their products and replace it again citing that now the unit is out of warranty.This is completely unacceptable in our eyes and we don't recommend doing business with ABD office solutions.
These three strikes are enough to make us throw in the towel and advise others to stay away! I can not stress enough how much of a pain it is to work with them.
