Bought a cold air intake for my truck. They took my money and never told me the part was on backorder amd would be available for months. I was only notified after calling the store up weeks after purchase. Wouldn't recommend any purchases from this company

I don’t recommend them, at the time of today 2 weeks ago I bought a lift kit and it hasn’t arrived, I could say that this is the worst company I could use to buy something for my truck. They never answer the phone or emails, nothing, it looks like a fake or scam company, until today I don’t know anything about my product they never sent it and they don’t answer either to say if it is in production or some shipping date. Don’t waste time with these people, there are better brands such as better customer service

called 7 times half of which was put directly on hold. then when on hold got hung up on. if you have any questions they will not answer your phone calls. terrible customer service.

I’ve had a afe cold air intake on my Duramax for a few years before clean air certifications were needed.
Well, smog time came, and of course, the smog shops did not want to pass me unless I had it. I gave them a call and within the next few hours, they had what I needed!
I call that great customer service along with their great products. Definitely will be buying again.

Purchased an exhaust system for a truck and after two weeks, received the box intact and in good shape. Exhaust pipes came with a bag containing 3-3” clamps, and 1-2 1/2” clamp. The 2 1/2” clamp was crushed nearly flat, and unusable, and had to have been in that condition when loaded into the bag, before it was shipped. Contacted customer support, and instead of just replacing this piece, they instead wanted to start up the “warranty claim” process with a form to complete, photo documentation of the damage, and submission for review, pending approval or denial of the claim. My low review is for the individual that knowingly packaged that damaged clamp into my shipment, and the customer support representative that doesn’t apparently have the authority to simply pull a replacement part and put it into envelope.

I purchased a cold air intake and turbo tubes for my 2024 Tundra. I was very excited to get my parts but unfortunately they were stolen upon delivery. I contacted AFE support and Juan was extremely helpful in finding a resolution and getting replacement parts out to me. I can't wait to get them installed!

I had a shop put their boost tubes on a 2014 ram. Last winter around Christmas I had one get a hole rubbed in it and it started leaking. Called them up. They said it’ll take a little longer because of the holidays to get to me. Which is expected. But said it takes like a week to process. Which is pretty ridiculous. So a few weeks ago I blew another one. Called them to order and the guy said hey they’re in stock. It’ll be going out. Well 3-4 days later I get a email confirmation on the order. Then 9 days later I get an email for tracking. It took 9 days for them to send me a coupler that they said is in stock. Tracking claims it’ll be here 2 full weeks after it was called and paid for.

I'm just adding to what other bad reviews have already mentioned.
I received a cold air intake with the threaded insert missing most of the threads, so I couldn't even install the intake. When I called to address the issue, there was no sense of urgency to get it fixed. 72 business hours after my phone call, and I've yet to receive confirmation on shipping the replacement. Absurd to think about when purchasing nearly $500 worth of plastic and a filter. Mike ( warranty sales rep) admitted the picture looked like the threaded insert had been installed upside down. He even told me they own the plastics company that molds the pieces, so there shouldn't be a delay. Quality control is abysmal.
Just find another company to do business with because they do not care about the service after the sale.
