Over this two weeks I noticed that the quality of the gas has downgraded tremendously. I been monitoring my car and some how when I pump gas here the gas empty's out quickly, but when I go to a different shell the gas keeps me running for double the amount of time.Definitely disappointed!

Fix your pumps! I swear Corona is becoming so ghetto. I used to come here only because no one else would fix their pumps. I hate having to go inside. Especially when it's 50 degrees out and I'm in my wet clothes from swimming at the gym down the street. Fix your pumps. Or I'll find another gas station with ones that work!

Wouldn't sell me a drink on June 11, 2021 because I didnt have a mask... news update the CDC has lifted the masked mandate. Apparently the double sized "them" behind the counter doesnt trust the vaccine and "their" own mask. Ill be purchasing my fuel elsewhere .

Waiting over 15 minutes for a cashier to open their doors. I need to pay for my gas with my Apple Pay inside since none of the pumps will take it out here. It's not even 10 pm yet and no one can go inside. It's unfortunate that I will have to take my 10 years of business here elsewhere. Best of luck.

Horrified to see an employee not enforce the mask coats. A male came in, no mask. Young woman employee (curly lotta hair), requested him to put on a mask and he basically ignored her and started to mumble under his breath, being disrespectful of course. The young woman refused to help him which was the right thing to do. But another employee older women, amazingly offered to help him. Seems she had no regard about putting anyone at risk Or following the state mandate handed down by governor Newsom. As the customer left he continue to be disrespectful, Complete asshole! The only reason why I will continue to patronage this station is in support of people that stand up for the right principles. Clearly the older woman needs to be re-educated on company policy. And safety standards.

Let me start off by saying that I have been coming here for the last 10 years as a resident and small business owner in the city of Corona and Riverside. I have NEVER had a bad customer service issue with anyone here until NOW. On Mothers Day 5/10/20 at 5:30am I walked in to the station convenience store to get my coffee as I do EVERY single morning on the way to work. As I walked into the store the cashier (Trevor F.) said to me in a very aggressive tone "HEY...PUT YOUR MASK ON!" I informed him that the mandatory use of a face mask or face covering was no longer required in the county of Riverside or San Bernardino as of Friday 5/8. He responded to me "I DON'T GIVE A S***...put a mask on or get out! Understanding and respecting that this is a franchise and a private business and that they may have their own requirements for shopping with them, I proceeded to put on my mask on. I continued to make my coffee and this cashier continued to mumble something under his breath (I couldn't hear what he was saying and he was obviously upset) Without warning or provocation he said "you know what...get the F*** out or I'm calling the police. I remarked to "do what you want" so I paid for the coffee ($1.99 for a 16oz) paid with two dollar bills and proceeded to leave. AGAIN this cashier said to me "yeah get the F*** out and don't ever come back". The crazy part of all of this is the he's seen me here everyday and he was STILL acting NUTS. At this point I started to get heated but refrained from escalating the situation. I mean, this is at 5:30am on Mothers Day as I'm headed to work...the LAST thing on my mind that morning was to go into a gas station convenience store and pick a fight with the kid behind the register on a Sunday. As I got back in my car (pointed at the doors of the front entrance of the store) he proceeded to double flip me off from behind the counter. Because I was dressed in my work cloths and driving my work vehicle (that is marked with logo), he sent in a nasty comment card making ME out to be the aggressor. What he didn't realize is that he sent the email comment card to ME as I'm the business owner. Although he left his personal information with me I will not post it as that would be inappropriate to do BUT I will say that his name is Trevor Farragut. I have emailed AND called Shell corporate to discuss my concern about how I was treated by Trevor. I understand that the COVID-19 situation is a very sensitive subject with many people and it is NEVER my intention to cause problems or make people feel uncomfortable but I'll be damned if I'm going to let someone treat or talk to me this way when I"M the customer who's PAYING YOUR BILLS. I have 4 cars that I fill up here weekly and I will NEVER comeback here as I feel it is now unsafe because of this disrespectful and rude hot-head. I have communicated to my wife, employees (and anyone else that will listen) NOT to come here. Will this long-winded comment on yelp make a difference to the owner of this business?? Probably not but, I had to say something as I would want someone to tell me if one of my employees was to behave this way. I really hope that the franchise owner sees this review and knows what kind of a rotten apple this Trevor guy is. If he has treated me this way I'm positive he's treated others this way too and THAT is just unacceptable.

I come to this station almost everyday and everyone is nice except this guy Jose (I believe that's his name). HE IS THE WORST. He's got a bad attitude and treats almost every customer like crap. I really hope the manager sees this and take an action because this guy is making the station lose business.
