I love how cold the store is and it’s a bonus the workers are very chill. I don’t get anxiety in this store at all due to the wonderful customer service I receive. I’d like to specifically say thanks to Noel for the amazing offer he gave me. Definitely recommend you to get your phone here. All your questions can be answered and they work with you.

Amazing store! The gentleman that helped me out, Noel, said he was the manager and would be happy to help me out. We found out that my issue could only be solved by calling 611 but he still helped me out through the whole process. Will definitely continue coming here for all my needs.

1st red flag I called to ask about a plan I got hung up on.2nd I got to store it was locked with a sign a girl went to the door and opened.#3 the girl was on her phone on some sort of conference call or something is very short I tried getting prices, and she's just very short barely answered questions looks at my husband and I like she just doesn't want to help us.Please train employees to at least attempt a smile. Or some sort of customer service I would have bought phones if it wasn't for that attitude.
