Brandon was friendly, very knowledgeable, took his time to explain the process and helped me navigate my uncertainty regarding the correct plan to choose and equipment to buy. This store is the "better" one. Went to the outlet off Magnolia. Agent was only one in store and did not give a damn if there was a line. Then, I found this store at The Crossings. Second I walked in, 3 agents greeted me and got me taken care of. Go to this store in Corona

I love coming to this store location very convenient while running errands. Marlion is patient, especially knowing I have a hard time using phones. This store is always clean and everyone is so friendly.

I recently met with sales representative Marlion Barnett and was pleasantly surprised by his extensive knowledge of AT&T electronics and his exceptional customer service he patiently and knowledgeably answered all my questions without making me feel inadequate demonstrating understanding and respect throughout our interaction. Marlion truly exemplifies the qualities of a sale rep.

I had a problem with my Samsung 20 plus. Timothy was my representative. He took my phone and was very patient and Try to resolve the issue without me purchasing a new phone. At a point, It was concluded the phone was beyond repair. Al.
Though I did not plan on buying a new phone I did not mind because timothy's professionalism and his guidance was excellent. ISO much appreciate him. Walking me through the setup of my Samsung s24.
I thank him for everything he did.

Johnny and the entire staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We upgraded my wife’s phone and he advised her on the best phone for her needs and transferred the information/programs quickly.
Will definitely be coming back when we upgrade equipment or purchase accessories.

It was such a remarkable and helpful experience. Jonny was an amazing help assisting me with the loss of my
son’s phone . My son has memory challenges and often changes passwords, emails, and creates new ones . It only creates a lot of stress , time , energy, money …
That turns into a chaos - being locked out from all his devices and as well mine too .;(
I came to this store knowing wishing to find Jonny’s assistance.
He has helped numerous times and not only he is so knowledgeable in electronics but also with his patience and ability to ALWAYS say LET ME SEE HOW CAN I HELP .
Is beyond 100% customer service skill .
I truly have referred a number of people to this store .
I’m grateful for the service and all the support from the other employee are appreciated. I was there at this location for about 4 hours - 2 hrs in the morning and 2hrs in the afternoon. I paid attention how every single customer that would come in , they’re were welcome and treated promptly , with respect, courtesy, and most important
assisting and solving various problems.
