Starting with Aidee. Back in May, 2025, I called to inquire about other insurance coverage. She took the time to listen to my concerns and followed up by sending me some important information. Life gets busy so I let a few months go by. We got a 2nd vehicle recently so I called again, this time I spoke to Desiree, she was also very kind, efficient and knowledgeable in her field and helped me out a lot with new quotes with a new insurance coverage. I still had some questions so I called the office again and spoke to Beatriz. She went above and beyond and took the time to explain every single line in my new contract! I truly appreciate her for that. Last but not least, my insurance agent Silvia. She was also very kind, friendly and made sure I got the best insurance coverage for our needs. Every time I called they always greeted me with a friendly tone and never made me feel like I was a bother.
