I searched for someone to get my 2 quads back to working condition after sitting for over a year in storage. I knew they wouldn't start because of old fuel. I found these guys since I always see them off of the 91 freeway. I dropped off my 2 quads and 2 weeks later, they were ready. They sent me a video of them starting up. When I got there I decided to get the paperwork done first before setting up the ramps for the trailer. Got all the paperwork done and we walked out and the 2 quads were already on the trailer! So nice of them to load them up....all I had to do was strap them down. As we were going over the quads, Alex notices a nail in one of my tires. He asks if I wanted that repaired. Of course I said yes since my son and I were heading to the desert in a few days. His tech repaired the tire in no time and said it was comped since they did the full service on both quads! Had a great experience with both Alex and the tech on drop off and pick up! This is a great family run business! Highly recommend!!! Then at the desert, I needed some help starting the quads and Alex responded to my texts!

So glad I decided to stop on by! Right from the start I was welcome greatly, every single one of them helped me out, they where very patient with me and knowledgeable about what fits my preferences more, thanks again! I'd come back for my next bike! Overall I'm happy with my Kayo k2 230 Update, 9/24/2023 I'm very disappointed, I'm browsing offer up and I see my bike listed by them at a special price for $1999 with no dealer markup, that ad was posted before I even got my bike on the 9-8-23 they posted it about two months prior. Yet I got my bike for $2399.00 plus taxes and doc fees, that's over $600-$700dollars more! That's bogus. Looks like I won't be going back for my girls bikes.

I bought a dirt bike and an atv from this dealership by recommendation of my brother and I'm so glad I did. They both run great and the dealers are super honest and knowledgeable about their products, and their customer service can't be beat.

Definitely would recommend this store for their service and quality of products. After hearing stories from friends after bad experiences with other motorsport location (ex: Chaparral Motorsport) this store surpasses beside expectation.

Update, was looking to step up and get a bigger utv, while searching on the internet a unit caught my eye, it was here where I had a bad experience in the past, I decided to give them another shot at my business, I was deeply surprised on the deal that Alex got me on the unit, no haggle and very straight forward. they made things right with my past experience and would highly recommend them.

Came here on a whim to check out a Rzr. No pressure and ended up buying on the spot based on the customer service, knowledge, and over all great first experience for us! I had a 2009 sportsman 550 Polaris, fuel injected and I went to approximately five different mechanics and no one would work on this quad. So I looked on yelp, I gave them a call and I was really happy with the professionalism and knowledge of the gentleman I spoke with on the phone. I took my quad down there they checked it out gave me a call and they got it running back again! Thank you guys you've been a great help and I definitely will recommend you to all my friends!

My husband and I were searching for a car via OfferUp and saw that ATV Guy was selling a 2004 Toyota Camry Solara. The car looked like it was in great conditions so we sent a message requesting more information. They were very prompt and responded immediately. They were very accommodating and let us view the car the next day. Customer service was outstanding!!! My husband and I felt extremely comfortable and decided to purchase the vehicle. Auto Outlet/ATV Guy are trustworthy and very professional.

I didn't know Alex or his company before buying a car from him yesterday but he is the exception to any negative connotation about used car salesmen. This review is entirely unsolicited. From first contact I found him to be extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was entirely forthcoming about minor issues. Alex accommodated every request and made it clear that he was treating the sale as a partnership, one in which he wanted his customer to be entirely satisfied. I rate him 10/10 for integrity, honesty, professionalism, and knowledge of his trade, and he will be my first call if a family member or close friend needs a car in the future.
