On May 18,2024,@9:45 pm I went into your store there was an older guy standing there asked me did I need help? I asked him if he can help me with checking to see if I needed any oil because I’m on my way to work. He check the oil and said I needed some . I said okay can you get the oil I need he said yes . I waited by my car he came out with the oil in his hand he went to put the oil in the car , After that he told me he was done and I was his last customer . I said oh okay thank you have a good night . As I was driving on the fwy I noticed my car was smoking I pull over and stop my car and look under the hood and oil was everywhere I got my phone to see what happened and the oil cap wasn’t on it sitting on the top in the right hand side he forgot to put my cap on , I couldn’t drive my car . I waited for the next morning to call and spoke with America said told me her manager wasn’t there I explained to her what happened to my car she ask me a couple of questions took my phone number down and told Jesse would give me a call , Im still waiting on Jesse to call me I haven’t heard from anyone. I think it really unprofessional that no one has reach out to me to help me . About this

Lot of employees for there to be a line at any time, and the service is still slow. I literally had a battery die at sunset and needed to go, and with specs measurements, I had to choose the right Optima myself, while two employees debated... c'mon guys, a little more efficiency.

I had went in to get some headlights and the man bruno had helped me put my headlights in which saved me so much time considering i was in a rush to go somewhere else I highly recommend coming here for your parts bc of their hrest customer service

If your check engine light comes on, take it to them, and they will scan it, and help you find the parts to fix it for free!!!!! Great return policy and they always have room for used motor oil

Very helpful store manager went above and beyond had nothing to do with buying anything from the store but helped me out by letting me borrow a phone charger when I was in a stressful situation and offered to help me. Kind humans still exist

My battery light came on. Turned out to be the battery when it was checked. Got it swapped, a day passes, light goes on again. I I thought maybe it’s the alternator. I’ll get it checked. Ordered the alternator here, picked up at the 6th street location. Turns out to be faulty when checked today again because my light came on againI’ve been in here several times and have always had a pleasant experience. All the employees have been helpful even when I can see that they are rushing around from so many customers. That is until 10 minutes ago when I met one of the managers, Pete C. From the moment I asked to get my charging system checked I could tell he was bothered but I didn’t think much of it. I did make the mistake of thinking he had asked me to start my car when he mumbled something and I didn’t see but he must’ve not had the device hooked up yet. He got upset, understandably, and asked what I was doing. When I excused myself for my mistake in thinking he wanted the car started, he said “obviously not!” I felt bad so I didn’t say anything. When he was explaining my options, for the alternator swap he had the worst attitude and was talking down to me. Not the best look for a manager who works in customer service. I’ll take my business to another location from now on. Maybe they need someone older or with more experience in a supervisory position.To be clear I did apologize for my mistake

I've been in here over 20 minutes now. I ordered and PAID for everything online 6 hours before I drove to this store. It's unbelievable, no excuse. They didn't have my items in stock but had 6 hours to confirm the items. My refund is being held hostage in the refund process which means I have to shell out more money to buy whatever I'm buying in store thru their cashier. Rocket science.

I recently had purchased a passenger side wiper from here . The employees were very nice and installed it for me , which was very nice because it was raining .My problem is that it only rained one more time after I had it installed and I noticed the rubber was coming off . I called Auto zone and spoke to a man with a heavy Hispanic accent and explained to him that I don’t have the packing or a receipt , I didn’t keep my receipt , didn’t plan on returning them or having any problems , I simply asked the man on the phone if I could get a replacement . His response without even allowing me to exploding anything was “ oh no! Once you purchase them they’re yours ! No exceptions .I’m upset because I’m a manager at a grocery store . I understand that a lot of people in this world are always out trying to pull a fast one to get something for free , but this was simply not the case . I now purchase my wipers from Amazon who has excellent customer service .
