I have returned and rented from Avis 2x and am impressed with the service, my vehicle, and the value they put on the customer’s experience. They are friendly and helpful and really seem to care about your experience with the vehicle and their service. I will be renting from them again. Plus price is very good.

Price was good, and they had our vehicle when we arrived, so that was good but they claimed we damaged the vehicle due to a very small chip in glass. I had the car for three days and did not notice the very small chip, not once, and when the attendant (who I believe was the franchise owner) pointed it out, I had to get right up on it to see it. Basically, it was so small that it could have easily been overlooked and I believe it was. However that didn’t seem to matter, the attendant did not take it into consideration and he marked the car as damaged and had me give them my insurance policy information. I returned the vehicle cleaner then received and STRONGLY disagree with what they are saying. If you rent from this site, please make sure you go over the vehicle VERY carefully.

I reserved a car online through Costco and did not have any issues with the price. When I picked up the car the outside was clean but the inside could have used a LOT more attention. The car smelled stale inside so I opened the windows as a drove away. When I turned on the AC, the air smelled as if the air filter had not been changed in a long while. I later noticed that there was pet hair on the cloth seats and the floor, as well as crumbs and liquid stains on the center console. Also there were several receipts from previous renters & fastfood napkins, etc. still in various places in the car. One even dropped on my head as I pulled down the sun visor. Obviously this was an annoyance but not enough to make me return the car at that moment, since I was under a time deadline. I just placed an air freshner in the car, put something on the seat before I sat down to keep the pet hair off me & wiped down everything with anti-bac wipes just in case. They should definitely do a better job cleaning. (The pet hair didn't show up clearly on the photos & I didn't want to post a video.)I had to rent again & returned to this location for pickup after reserving it online as before. I reserved the car for a week but turned it in early. The guy at the counter (Sohaib) told me that I would get a discount for the early return, but when he totaled the invoice, it was the same price as the full week. I asked about the discount and he said that he applied it but it came out at the same price. He charged me more than my reserved amount and applied a discount to their regular rental rate (which was much more). When I asked why he charged me more, his explanation was that since I didn't pre-pay my reserve rate, I couldn't get that price. I explained that wasn't the case on my last rental - or on any other rental I've ever had. He said that was my final discounted price.Unfortunately he was the only person at the location and no one else I could speak with, so he said I would have to talk to the reservation company. I plan to do just that. I saw another review where someone mentioned pricing change. So if you book in advance, pay attention to what you are being charged and confirm your rate again. Apparently your booking registration is not enough proof.I'll use another location in the future to avoid these issues again. Also Fastbreak rentals/services are not available at this location. One of the persons working their during my pickup had no idea what I was talking about, even after explaining it. Hopefully they will make the necessary improvements and offer more training to the reps.

Very awful experience at this location. Took more than 30 minutes to add a 2nd driver. Was also almost charged for adding the 2nd driver. Added a 2nd driver many times before and never had this problem. I don't plan on returning to this location any time soon.

Rented a tesla model 3 from this location. Car was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. It was my first time driving a tesla and the agent explained everything I needed to know for a smooth driving experience.

I had a great experience renting with this Avis location. It was clean, organized, and the reps were very helpful. There was a slight waiting time, but that was due to a flood of people coming in all at the same time with only 2 gentleman working the front. I was in no rush, but the rep I worked with gave me a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience. I typically go to enterprise to rent my vehicles, but this Avis just made a new customer. No question, I will be back. Keep up the great work.

I discovered this location a little over a year ago. The owner of the location is always friendly, courteous, and ready to help. He works hard to handle all customers when he's the only staff member. I'm sure staffing will increase as they gain more customers. I like that this location is local and convenient, prices are better than the airport and less hectic than some of the other local rental locations

I needed a quick rental when my main car had a check engine light. Called up to confirm a reservation and the Avis rep was so kind and very helpful especially in explaining his location. They allowed me to park my main car during the duration of my rental period which is very convenient. The car that I rented was clean and in good shape and was wonderful for the weekend travel that I needed to do.

Best experience with a car rental I have ever had. The owner SK took care of us and made sure we had the vehicle we needed when other locations couldn’t accommodate us. He went above and beyond to take care of us and I highly recommend his location. We will definitely be using him again in the future.

Edit (7/28/2023): this is my third time renting a car from this place and I want to emphasize what a wonderful rental service this is. The manager SK has always been super accommodating and given me a great experience throughout every rental process. The cars are clean, well maintained and a breeze to drive. Thank you so much SK! Please consider using them as they are a local, family owned business that does right by their customers and community! Will be coming back every time I need to rent a car and I recommend you do the same if you're reading this review!----The manager, SK, was wonderful to work with. He was clear and honest about all the costs related to the rental right away, and even upgraded us to a nicer car for a lower price. We were also able to extend our rental last minute over the phone, which was very convenient. Super friendly business and I would definitely recommend renting from here! Thank you SK!
