They have a separate line for business but either no one is there or the line of non business goes way faster than the business line. Always takes for ever to just to a transfer, and it's not cause the lines are long, it seem they just don't care about the business line.

If you guys always are super slow and bad customer service , why close more lines ? ?, if I take 30 minutes to do a transaction then is about and hour waiting on line .

It's a nightmare making deposits in Bank of America !!! Always short handed !!! Providing a business window but most of the time it's closed!!!! Be ready to waiting line for a while !!!

Open an account for my niece, they closed her account alleging that her identity cannot be confirmed, she did provide with CA Driver License.Also after a month we are still waiting to receive her money back.

Worst bank ever the manager at Mc Donalds could run this place better. Never fails always a long line, always short on staff , no sense of urgency or rush for any of the employees dragging there feet.

Customer Service and Tellers are very unfriendly. Fadia a perfect example, giving her my information wouldn't help. Even after explaining that I had spoken with BOFA over theHe phone. The waiting lines are long and the staff is unfriendly.They tend to act busy. Worst location to Bank.

Here's a little wisdom for your bank. Do away with the ushers & greeters and get more personnel on your teller windows. It would move your lines along much quicker. Besides, most adults learned how to form lines in kindergarten.

On Tuesday. March 7, 2923, I walked 1.5 miles to an ATM machine on Sherman Ave. and Sixth Street in Corona, Ca. I wanted to withdraw $200 to give my Daughter in law for her 40th birthday. I am 72 years old and do not drive. As I was in the process of the transaction the money never came out and the transaction was reversed. A message came on the screen that, “Due to the security reason we took your ATM card.” I had to walk all the way back and find another source to get the money. When I came home I called the Bank. The first operator came on line said there could be any of the three reasons they will seize the card. I explained him my situation but he wanted to hear what he liked to hear. Not once he said sorry. He said the only thing he could do is to order a new Debit card. I asaked him what was the reason the card was taken away. He kept repeating the three reason. At this time I asked to speak to the Supervisor. Two minutes later a man name, Mr. Gonzales, came on line. He identified himself as a manager. With the conversations I had with Mr. Gonzales, I doubted that he was a Supervisor. I explained the whole situation. He was worst than the first person. He did not have any explanation why the card was taken away. He kept telling me if I choose to, he could order me a new Debit card. At this time I was frustrated and hung up on them since I was not getting the explation I needed.

Here standing in line on a Saturday 9 ppl ahead of me only one bank teller and 3 woman walking in circles very slowly. Poor service no rush to attend to there customers...

If I can give zero star I would. I have had nothing but a hassle with this bank. No one wants to be accountable. Blonde Mexican chick was super rude arguing with me about a check that they entered with a wrong routing number. Ended up going to car and talking to customer service on phone which said routing number was wrong and to go back in. Walked back in and was helped by Gerardo which proceeded to help and see wrong routing number. I will stay out of bank if I have to deal with this every time.
