I am very disappointed the facial products are really not working for my very sensitive skin. Chiquis states is gentle enough for sensitive skin but not at all. I really was hoping to finally find a good efficient skin care ;( my face looks like snake skin and getting unusual bumps that I never had. Sad but I would not be purchasing again and sadly I purchased multiple everything of the products ?

horrible bad !!! stay awaycustomer service sucks no helpid call and message them and email them no respondsave your money !! dont buy productsi want a refundskincare sucks it made my skin burn when i use the productsafter week using them it made my skin to dry out and break outworst skincare i ever tried the smell of the products are too strong toofalse advertisment they claim their toner has no alcohol when one of their ingredients its alcohol on label of the bottle !!! so disappointed

To start off my order took 3 weeks to get to me. I bought the Reina perfume and honestly I do not like it at all how it smells. Chiquis also claims it last a long time and in my personal opinion it doesn’t. I truly don’t like to leave this kind of reviews but $50 for a perfume that’s was supposed to be so promising and turns out to be completely the opposite.

Will never order from be Flawless I have sent 4 emails regarding order and 3 calls I have made...there has not been any update for 1 week..on ther website ot says they will return call in 24 hrs and that has no happen...I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering..I did call BBB to file a complaint

Terrible!!! Do not buy from here. Got an email saying that my items had shipped in December 2021. Shortly after I got an email saying items were delivered…where?!??? Because my items never arrived. I have Cameras at home and no one ever dropped off anything. Been trying to get a hold of customer service and they have yet to reply. I will be reaching out to better business bureau if I don’t get any help. If I could give zero stars I would. Never purchasing Again.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and I received an email right away with my tracking info. Well it hasn’t moved from the label being created. Their website says “100% of orders are shipped within one business day.” And shipping paid for said 5-8 days. The items are pricey and it’s not fair that it takes so long to even ship out. I have to give a one star because I don’t know the quality of the product and cannot give more then that.

This is the longest it’s ever taken for products that’s supposedly already shipped to arrive. There isn’t even an update on the tracking number I received. Apparently, I’m not the one only that this has happened to and according to other reviews I’m really hoping this doesn’t break me out also. Most likely will not be purchasing again.

I like all the product they have but unfortunately. I had a bad experience. I hate given a bad reviews on the store but this is ridiculous I bought something on January 29, 2022. It came broken couldn’t take a picture there’s glass everywhere I have an old fashion phone. Unfortunately the store will not give you a replacement. Keep emailing with this guy but it takes forever to answer and he acts like he doesn’t understand what I’m saying. It takes 5 times to get some to answer. They also have a phone number but nobody answer the phone. I still haven’t gone my replacement spent $54 stop answering people‘s messages

I still have not received my product. Customer service sucks. You can’t get ahold of anyone. No one returns phone calls or email. I spent over $160. I don’t have chiquis money. N I thought she was legit. But the people she has running her business are shady. They way she thinks Juan and Rosie are stealing from the kids that’s how I feel about this company scamming me for my little bit of money

LOVE the products but the shipping and customer service makes me not want to buy from this site anymore. They text you saying your order shipped and it doesn't actually get shipped for 2 weeks. Customer service .. It takes at least 2 emails to get any response and they have a made up reason why it hasnt arrived yet. Foe the cost of these products.. They should be quicker on shipping and responding to emails.

I placed an order on Sept 7. I received a tracking number, but no updates have been made since. I have been trying to reach out multiple times. Via email, phone (left vm), even messages on IG.. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I really like Chiquis and decided to give it a try and order.. but spending $150 to not receive the product or never get responses is horribly customer service. If i can get a response or even the product i paid for i could come back and give a review on the product ?

Been using the skincare line. First couple times of use there was redness around my nose and middle chin. However I think I just had to get used to it, because irritation now gone and skin looks and feels amazing!!

I've tried their lipsticks, CC cream, and now their new Be Flawless Skin care line...so far so good. I really liked their CC cream because it's not too heavy but still covers nicely. I just received the new BF skin care line and I am using the Vitamin C Exfoliating Mask. It smells really good, exfoliates really well. Looking forward to using the other skin products I received.
