Grace Clara is the best! She took her time to make my hair refreshed with a flattering cut for my curly hair type that suited my face. She communicated with me throughout the process to make sure everything was to my liking and gave me tips for how to keep my hair looking voluminous and defined. 10/10 recommend :)

amazing! clara nelson was so nice and accurate. she was constantly checking up on me whether i was still fine with my hair, and i loved the results! overall great environment, definitely recommend this lovely place!

I booked my haircut for my birthday here and Elsa delivered!! She did a great job and really made me feel extra beautiful, with the haircut she gave me. I am still loving it a couple of weeks later and look forward to coming back here (and only here), in the future.

My hair stylist moved so I was on the hunt for a new one. I saw a posting for this place and decided to try it out. I just needed a cut and toner. I asked for longer layers and hair to my shoulders. But what I got wasn’t what expected. My hair is above my shoulders and the layers are close to my ear. I actually want to cry when I look in the mirror. I’ve been trying different hairstyles to hide it but it’s too short to put in a pony and looks will in a headband as well. I’m not saying the salon is bad but this was my experience. And I can’t get it fixed til probably September.

Just not what I expected. The lady who cut my hair was really nice but I just didn't like how it turned out. I am 62, but I am not your typical 62 yr old. My hair has been cut and colored by the best, so I know when you start cutting without even parting my hair in sections, I know I'm screwed. I will fly to Asia next time to have my hair cut and colored and pay the $1200 air fare.

First I want to start off by saying a felt a little bad showing up with a mop of hair at a Salon I had never been to. I knew it would be an interesting task for someone especially because I was interested in getting a mullet. I was told Elsa was up for the project so I made an appointment with her. I was nervous before going in but that changed once I met her and hung out for a bit. All I showed her were a couple photos to give her an idea of what I wanted and I let her take the wheel. I felt the sense of excitement from her which reassured me she was going to do her best and have fun with the project. She took her time to get it exactly how she wanted and until she was happy with the cut which I greatly appreciated. The end product was so sick! ? Elsa gave me tips on how I should style it and recommended products I should use to get the most of the mullet. 1 week in with the cut and I absolutely love it. I’ll be going back soon to see Elsa so she can work her magic. Thank you Elsa!

After failed attempts to come to a resolution with the company, I reached out to the BBB.... Brookelyn & Company didn't even respond to them or attempt to fix things. How sad. Good thing another salon fixed my hair. Do better.

I've been visiting Lynn at this salon for 17 years and she is now not just my hairdresser she is a friend! I go every 4 weeks for a root touch up and my color is always so beautiful. My haircuts are always what I ask for or sometimes I just let her "do her thing". The vibe at the salon is awesome, always playing great music to listen to while getting your hair done. In addition, this salon is stunningly put together, Lynn takes great pride in constantly updating the decor keeping it very on trend! Lastly the head & neck massages you get when having your hair washed are the absolute bomb! If you are looking for a fantastic color artist and / or haircut, you cannot go wrong at this salon.

I came here to fix my hair that was damaged and Phoebe helped me. The owner Lynn was so helpful and nice when she answered the phone. I explained what I wanted and she got me in the next day to fix my hair. Phoebe did an amazing job and my hair is beautiful. This is my new place :)
