After an accident, my Tesla Model Y sustained significant damage to the rear driver's side wheel and quarter panel. The impact severely affected the suspension, causing major misalignment. Since they are a Tesla Authorized Repair Shop, he explained that Tesla has strict guidelines requiring a higher standard of repairs compared to other brands. For example, Tesla does not permit frame pulling, as it voids the warranty—meaning the entire quarter panel had to be replaced. In addition, the rear bumper needed replacement, and all adjacent panels required seamless blending for a perfect finish.

Jacob and his team started by carefully disassembling the affected areas inside and out, including the suspension and subframe. This step was crucial for creating an accurate estimate, which was submitted to my insurance within just a few days. I was impressed by how meticulous and organized they were in documenting every detail, even sending me a comprehensive estimate along with photos of the damage.

Once my insurance approved the repairs, Jacob provided an estimated completion date and kept me informed throughout the process via their convenient texting system. Anytime I had questions, I could reply and receive prompt responses, either by text or phone call.
