I checked in recently to get another Medallion Signature Guarantee and the Chase Team here made the whole process so blissfully easy! Setting the appointment over the phone with Andy was so pleasant and fast and when we arrived on the Appointment day we were kindly acknowledged and greeted by every Team Member who saw us which made us feel so relaxed and welcome. We loved that there's a strong consistency in Highly Professional Habits across the Team, from the Sharp Business Casual Attire to the organized and punctual pace of proper urgency. Chris Dobrinska was dynamically effective, efficient, and authentically interesting and charming as always! I really love how he takes the time to shake my Mom's hand, offer us water, thoroughly examine our Paperwork and guide us through the Process in a helpfully kind way, and make us feel genuinely cared for and included as part of the Chase Community! Chris is a terrific Role Model of lively and nourishing usefully informative Fun who takes care of Business swiftly and always leaves us with a positive and lasting impression!! This review is for the bank clerk for this location. The girl with LV necklace and vca bracelet had bad attitude. She was impatient and didn't even say hi looked like someone owe her money. Banker Chris was nice but I won't return to this location.

Extremely rude! I needed to get joined to my brothers account and was already pre authorized. They straight out said no time. After a moment of silence I asked when a good time is so the teller made me an appointment. The banker just finished with a client and they left and no one else was in the lobby. I decided to try my luck and I went to another chase in chino and the banker helped me right away. It literally took 5 minutes all I had to do was e sign some papers.

I live close by and come to this location often for my rent check. The people here are fairly nice and always helpful. About 3 months ago, my wallet was stolen so I don't have a form of I.D. I've come to this location since I moved in May 2022. I explained my situation and I had a picture scan of my ID. Chase was so understanding that they still allowed me to withdrawal my cashiers check without my ID starting since my wallet was lost. WELL TODAY WAS NOT THE SAME. Today I went in like any other day, I still did not have an ID because there was problems with the delivery, but I went in anyway because they've never given me any problems. Lana Hernandez was there today, a women whom I've never seen. That's not to say she had never worked there before, but my husband and I had never seen her. She refused to work with us. When I explained to her that we came to this location often she started to say she didn't recognize us and proceeded to ask her employees if they had ever seen us which they said no of course because there are many employees who have gone and came INCLUDING HER since we had never seen her before. Again my husband and I have used this location since May 2022. My point is, don't be rude. Don't act like you've been working at this location for a long time because you have not. If management changed and employees are different, say that. Don't accuse your loyal customers of being liars. Lana Hernandez, please learn to work with your loyal customers. Please find a better way to navigate things.

If you want your freedom stripped, time wasted, and to be treated like a criminal, this is the bank for you. Nearly 3 years ago I was traveling through Pennsylvania and tried to get cash. They flagged it as fraud and shut off my card. The card is trapped in limbo and neither the branch or the corporate office can fix it and they refuse to send me a new one. I have a joint account with my wife but I can't even deposit money into it because I don't have a valid card. Their security against fraud is for their benefit and your inconvenience. They shut off your card and then send you an email days later asking if you attempted to use the card. In my case I was in Pennsylvania on the toll road and couldn't get cash so had to PayPal someone $240 to get $200 cash for tolls. What can I say? Never had a pleasant experience in this bank and every time I come in they look at me like I'm attempting to do something illegal.

All the banks are like that, line is long. There is a lobby staff pretending to try to help you and she asked a hundred questions and turn out that you have to handle your self. Don't bother answering them.

I just HAD to yelp this.. Chris is great; he's patient, helpful, informative, thorough and he's quick too. You can tell he's experienced and he goes thru everything with you. Also, if you ever have questions you can just email him and he will respond fairly quickly! Thats always a plus. There aren't a lot of bankers that are memorable to me, unless they were jerks but Chris stood out. He just seems like he genuinely wants to help you. Like my other reviews, great customer service is very important to me, so here i am.. sharing our banker with yall. You're welcome.

Agree with the other posters. Friendly staff, but 30 min to an hr to see one is unacceptable. Line is almost always a long. Went to the Chase on Riverside drive or the one by Albertsons. No lines!
