I’ve been here about 8 times in the last month to order Japanese Yen ? Every time I go in, I’m there for literally a couple minutes for both ordering and picking up. There’s never a line and the tellers are soooo nice. I wish my home bank was as amazing as they are here!

If you're coming into this bank avoid Leslie as your teller. She has no idea what she's doing and it took way longer than necessary for my visit. She had 3 different people tell her exactly what to do and she still messed it up every time. Absolutely no people skills, especially Jen I t came to asking sensitive questions. The experience was so awful that I won't be going back to this branch ever again.

Had an appointment with a banker and he made me feel like he was rushing to get me out there.He called us (from the waiting area) and did not care enough to wait and walk us to his cubicle. We had to go back to the receptionist to show us where his cubicle is.When he was explaining how to open the kids checking account, he was talking fadt tjat I did not understand what the benefits are for opening an account. we left unsatosfoed and not opening an account because of the misdemeanor. I hope I don't have to come back to this location.

Chase needs to do something about the panhandling n front of door! This is annoying n intimidating to patrons. At first just a couple guys - now more people directly across from the door n the parking lot .. I'm not coming back!

Kind of small and possibly under staffed but they were able to "squeeze me in" for a simple name change. Banker was kind and didn't take too long. They accept marriage certificate or your old + new license together.

it says 24 hours for the atms.... definitely not open 24 hours if the doors are locked. Change the times on the website instead of having people waste their time and gas.

They would not let me cash a check without an account and offered asked id I would be interested in to opening an account. Reluctantly I decided I would open an account and get a credit card too. They said the process would take up to 40 minutes and because they close in 30 I could have to schedule an appointment for a week out.These employees are more interested in getting home than doing their job. No wonder this bank has 2 stars.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Carlos Valenzuela at the Chase Bank off of Ontario Ave. Carlos was extremely professional and answered all of my questions. Carlos was efficient and completed our visited much quicker than expected. Finally, he was extremely friendly and made my experience a pleasant one.Thank you for your professionalism and quality care Carlos, and thank you Chase Bank!

Chase is worst banking no matter where. Holding my deposit check 12 days. They don't care you need money or not. Don't use Chase ever again. One star because a nice rep. not bank Chase system. Don't count on Chase rep on phone support. They are all stone walls.

Every time I come here, been greeted cheerfully and the tellers, have been helpful and super helpful, if you're lucky enough they might have some Cucumber and lemon water ice cold , mabey??

I've called patty Hernadez the manager starting 9am at least 45 calls and messages finally returned my call at 4 pm told me to have my bank call her they called several times and still won't answer and not would not handle the issue lol and she's off tomorrow

I will start by giving this place a 5 star rating especially due to the manager named patty or Patricia!! I have seen the other ratings at this place and I can tell you if they had just gone to her they would have been handled with comfort ands care!! and gave this place a 5 star review instead of what they posted!!! Please anyone who need assistance or care go to her, she is amazing and will make you feel special in any since of your problem whether difficult or simple in matter, she will appropriately respect you and handle you as though you have 100 million in your account!! I have never seen a manager go to the extreme that she does to assist or help people in time of need or just out of her goodness in care. Again if you at this bank need help I will guarantee she will do everything to help you and assist you. My experience with her far exceeds 5 stars and I wish more people like her existed especially in the banking field!!!! Again thank you Patrica or patty Hernandez
