Employees here are incompetent. They have a new smart checkout system where the customer does self check out. The workers don't want to help if there's an issue. Good thing their job will be replaced sooner than later with technology.

I've been here a hundred times to fill up my Sprinter van. Tonight, I pulled into pump 6 to fill up and went back into my van to answer some e mails. After a few minutes a man at another pump caught my attention, frantically waving and pointing at the side of my van. I opened my door and diesel was shooting out like a fountain. The pump's auto stop failed and there was at least five to ten gallons of fuel around my vehicle. My hand was covered I fuel because I had to reach down to turn it off and my feet got soaked as well. I'm not sure if diesel is as flammable as gas but I hauled butt home to wash off. A few minutes later, i returned to tell them the pump failed. There were cones and sand scattered to absorb the spill. Still, I went in to speak with them. Lettie was behind the counter and I asked if she was the manager. As soon as I did that she got super rude and defensive and said he would be in at 9 am tomorrow. I explained what happened and she said "I didn't see nothing I had a long line here." Obviously someone knew because the spill was addressed! I asked if the incident would be on security footage because I feel I should be reimbursed for the fuel that spilled. She basically blew me off and started helping the next customer. I left a note for the manager (let's see if he calls) but I plan to follow up. I will still buy fuel here because it's a close station but seriously, Lettie is a pile.

This is my new favorite place to get gas. Good prices and friendly staff. Alexis checks me out most of time. She is very helpful

I walked in asking if the gas is Top Tier but the girl with a heavy tattoo answered that the gas is Mobil gas but she lied because Mobil gas is Top Tier and circle k is NOT top tier. The staff working there need to be better trained.

Male cashier on duty at 1:00 AM on 04/16. Did not let any customer use the restroom because they were "closed." He was being rude and more than likely didn't want to clean them.

Most clean gas station I've ever visited! I love the staff, especially that manager with the cool hair style. I think the others call him "Big Papa". Anyway, I feel like the store is just like an extension of my home and family!

This week has been one of those weeks that I couldn't find time to catch a break. My tire has a slow leak which became a problem over the weekend but I came to this circle K to get my tire with air AND NEVER had an easy experience like I did here. For almost a week straight I've been airing up my tire and I'm never asked a thousand questions or asked to buy anything to get air for free. The staff super friendly and honestly this place is really clean and has a great environment. I'm definitely coming back just to this place for any my needs, and for those that kept reading. Yes, today I get to replace my tires!

Went to get a car wash , I paid $17 every penny was worth the wash ,I was so surprised with the wash even the rims tries where clean so clean look like it was hand wash best $17 spent worth coming back again very nice Manager thanks for the great service ?

Went in on 11/22 around 8:30 PM. Wife needed eye drops before I started filling the tank because her contacts were killing her and our doggo needed some water ASAP at the beginning of our road trip.I pop into the store before pulling up to the pump, go inside to find the eye drops she needed, I purchase said eye drops, fill up my dogs water bowl (with permission from the cashier who helped me checkout the Clear Eyes), and as I walk out the door less than 30 seconds later, an employee near the door only a couple yards from the register mean mugs me and aggressively says “You gonna pay for those eye drops?”WHAT IN THE ACTUAL HAIL?!???!???? I’ve never been accused of shoplifting before in my life.I was caught off-guard because I paid for the eye drops literally 30 seconds before.What chaps my rash about the situation was there were soooo many different ways he could have asked me tactfully “Excise me sir, I just wanna check, did you pay for those yet?” or “Sir May I check your receipt please?” which I would have been 100% cool with… but coming straight outta the gate in full send Sherlock Holmes mode and getting it wrong without paying attention was REALLY WEIRD.That’s like getting pulled over and fuzz busted by a rogue cop for doing 69 mph in a 70mph zone. Your car meets all the safety, insurance, and registration requirements and you’re not even driving like a dillhole, but you find yourself in a scenario where you’re getting questioned nonetheless. Officer Paul Blarke is simply gets an authority high and self gratifies on ego and confrontation…….Maybe accusing customers of stealing when the only product they have in their hands perfectly matches the SKU on the receipt a fellow Circle K colleague hands the customer seconds before mayyyy not be the best way to treat customers. I dunno though because truthfully I’ve never worked in the oil or convenience business. Maybe that’s a new “guilty til proven innocent” policy corporate is beta testing at this location before deploying this policy nationwide.Does it matter that after this peculiar exchange I decided not to fill up my tank with $85 worth of premium gas I was gonna buy? Nope. Does it matter that after I pump my gas I always go back in and buy a couple energy drinks, and $10-15 bucks worth of snacky snacks before we start our road trips? Nope! Does it even matter that I won’t go back to this location by the house ever again? TRIPLE Nope!! Why? Because this place has good reviews and my opinion won’t make a dent, and a majority of people stopped reading this review a few paragraphs ago before the good part.At the beginning of this review, I admit I was shocked and appalled, but mostly hurt haha. (I’m sorrrry I’m human… I should not have chosen to let anything offend me, I’ve just never had a complete stranger question my integrity blindly like that) so I was thumb ranting in this Google box bc I was flat out puzzled why this Circle K associate would come at me so hot like that, but after therapeutically writing this review, my eyes have been opened!! I see this as a glass half full experience!!!I have done the research. This employee was simply doing their part (like we all should) to end the great Visine shortage of 2022.We need to figure out ways we can all do a little better at becoming overly-zealous-valiant-defenders of the saline.We must remain overly aggressive, increase our commitment, and keep a healthy amount of accusations at the ready - tucked nicely in our lingual quiver to ensure we do everything it takes to keep national saline surplusesBull bulging. If we unite and focus on combating global supply chain issues and inflation as a collective force (even at the expense of risking 1, 10, or hundreds of satisfactory customer experiences) we will be able to remain the moist legends of tomorrow our future generations need.I apologize, I see you, and I salute you - Mr. Bearded Circle K Crusader - with my soft hands grazing my recently lunricated eyes!!! #NotAllHerosWearCapes
