I love banking with Citi. I have been a long time customer and have always been taken care of by the tellers. Usually I am in and out within minutes. I highly suggest banking with citi.

I have been reporting an instance of potential fraud to CitiBank for several years. Calls, letter,and emails go unanswered and the potential fraud continues. I am not a Customer of this bank and would never be a Customer given the total lack of attention to an instance of potential fraud. The bank's fraud department, Customer Service Department, Credit Card Department, etc. are all aware of the issue and still no action to address the potential fraud.

Their online phone service is horrible it keeps telling me to press three for savings option and I pressed three many times, but it did not registered. I even press the button and speak it too. They need to fix their system. It's very frustrating to not be able to speak to anybody or even get your questions answered. Terrible customer services.

i used to go to the Main Street Branch which is no more.But since opening 2004 account, no complaints ever, neither at the Main street Branch nor the Magnolia Branch.Citibank definitely my favorite bank. Employees very courteous and helpful!In the last 3 months I had 4 issues, none of which of Citibank's making. Both the Magnolia Branch and the toll free customer immediately jumped on it and went even beyond their duty to be helpful.Best bank in Corona in my opinion. .

I will give it a minus 5 star, if their is such ratngs. I have $50k deposit in this bank, i was trying to call the branch 5 times from 1 pm to 4 pm on a friday afternoon. No one is answering the phone calls. It is entirely impossible that no one is at the bank. They might playing facebook or busy texting and for the men are busy sexting to the girl friends married or not. Social media is not good for the business. Well after they make money on my money, they forget the CUSTOMERS !!!!. GOODBYE SO AND SO WE HAVE YOUR $$$. Today is Friday 02/18/2022, by Tuesday 02/22/2022 I will close my account with Citibank at Magnoilia Ave Corona Ca 92879. Branch has an automatic connection to the main Customer Service, and yet cannot give information about the bank services. Take your $$$$$$ someplace else, maybe Well Fargo, excellent customer service and credit (visa) service. Thank you very much, Happy banking and counting your $$$$.

Not a good location the clerk Armando has been having a conversation not related to banking for over 20 minutes and 6 different customers are waiting in the line for him to finish his getting to know the customer conversation, and only 2 clerks and 1 lady named Tara setting behind the dest no greeting no hi no bye , no thank you , plus she has to sign everything, every teller has to walk to her to approve any paper work , very rude to clients questions, this happened on August 16 between 2:15 pm and 3 pm they need to employ more people or teach their employees to not waste people’s time while having personal conversations with other customers, I’m very late to pick my kids from school

Older lady to the far left was rude and impatient. I handed her my ID and she was giving me attitude for not having my account number. Said "uh huh" and just made noises to my request.

Ran into branch to break a 100. Teller refused because I do not bank with Citibank. Now I remember why I left them so long ago for a smaller credit union. Ran across the street to Union Bank. They were happy to help and were incredibly friendly. Big business banks just don't care about people or customer service.

Citibank as a whole is the worst bank i have ever used... ATMs never work, branch always closed, overdraft fees when i dont have negative balance,,, waited on phone for 30mins and they hung up..... i just canceled my account after an hour of dealing with these people... stay away

It says online it's open but it's actually closed during covid-19. Signs on the door says to go to river side.
