Exceptional Service and Flawless Repairs at Classic Collision
After an accident, my Tesla Model Y sustained significant damage to the rear driver's side wheel and quarter panel. The impact severely affected the suspension, causing major misalignment. Despite the malfunction alarms blaring on the console, I was able to carefully drive the car a short distance home.
Once I sorted things out with my insurance company, I had the vehicle towed to Classic Collision, where I met Jacob, who walked me through their repair process in detail. Since they are a Tesla Authorized Repair Shop, he explained that Tesla has strict guidelines requiring a higher standard of repairs compared to other brands. For example, Tesla does not permit frame pulling, as it voids the warranty—meaning the entire quarter panel had to be replaced. In addition, the rear bumper needed replacement, and all adjacent panels required seamless blending for a perfect finish.
Jacob and his team started by carefully disassembling the affected areas inside and out, including the suspension and subframe. This step was crucial for creating an accurate estimate, which was submitted to my insurance within just a few days. I was impressed by how meticulous and organized they were in documenting every detail, even sending me a comprehensive estimate along with photos of the damage.
Once my insurance approved the repairs, Jacob provided an estimated completion date and kept me informed throughout the process via their convenient texting system. Anytime I had questions, I could reply and receive prompt responses, either by text or phone call.
A week before completion, Jacob reached out with an update, and we scheduled a pickup date. When I arrived, I was blown away—my car looked brand new! The team had detailed the interior and exterior, all malfunction alarms were gone, and the paint blending was flawless. The clear coat had a perfect finish, making it impossible to tell the car had ever been in an accident.
Beyond their exceptional repair work, the entire staff at Classic Collision was friendly and professional. From the receptionist who promptly assisted me to the well-maintained waiting area with comfortable seating, every detail reflected their commitment to excellent service. The shop itself was clean, organized, and spacious, reinforcing their dedication to precision and quality.

Above and Beyond. There's no better way to describe about fixing a car from Jacob with Classic Collision Dos Lagos. He was just candid, thoughtful, and supportive. There's a lot of body shop/car repair shop where overcharge or imperfect these days but Jacob at Classic Collision is truly care about you. This is the second time I have use Classic Collision at Dos Lagos. I was very happy with the way my vehicle looked after repairs. For my most recent repair, Jacob was great to work with. He communicated with us the entire process. I appreciate how detailed he was about what was going on with the vehicle. I definitely recommend and will use again.

This company has lied several times about when my car will be finished after their manager Abner alerted me when I first brought my car in that it would be done quickly cause my biggest concern was them keeping my car forever since I’m a single mom. Then he said he tried to “turn me away” which is a complete lie. They wanted my business and Geico is who recommended me to them. I’ll be letting Geico know about this situation since they have a partnership with this company.
Update - last week I went to see the car. Part was clearly there. Abner said on Friday it would be in paint. I called in on Friday and spoke to him on the phone he said that it was in paint. Called in Monday to hear “oh it’ll be in paint by Friday.” After just telling me on Friday it was already in paint. Came by today on Thursday and literally nothing has been done with the car. Part is still just sitting in front of it. I went ahead and uploaded all the files to GEICO but this is literally ridiculous.

Had a great experience at Classic Collision. My Car looked brand new after the rear end, Jacob walked me through the process and explained everything thoroughly. He kept me updated with my car weekly vis text and was quick with how they work. The receptionist was super sweet and extremely attentive reassuring me by always answering her phone quick. Highly recommended.

Abner and Jacob were amazing to work with. Not only are they knowledgeable and helpful but also followed through and did what they said they would do. They also were very experienced working with my insurance company and made everything seamless right down to the rental car. Work done was quality and used oem mbz parts

Had a terrible experience... there estimate was way far off cost wise & schedule... had to take the car to the dealership as I was tired of their games... to find out they damaged the electric wiring harness...
I would give them ZERO star
