I received classic service on my vehicle. The front bumper and grill on my vehicle was scratched up and bent because somebody backed into it in a parking lot. I contacted my insurance company and they referred me to Classic Collision. I took my vehicle there and after checking in at the front desk the Manager greeted me and we discussed my interest in getting the vehicle repaired. We went out and visually inspected the damage and then he provided me with a preliminary written estimate. I left the vehicle there to perform a more extensive estimate and then a repair. Classic went right to work on the vehicle and they updated me frequently as to the progress of the repair work. They even told me that it would be ready by Friday, and it was actually ready to take home by Thursday morning. The repairs looked great, like brand new, and both Classic and the insurance company provided me with a lifetime warranty on the repair work that was done. I liked the entire business process at Classic, and the frequent updates by text messages was quite nice. I give Classic 5 stars for their quality work and their good communications.

I took my van last November and was finished first week of January. Windshield was cracked during the repair process and shop would not take responsibility. Ivan tried to add it to the insurance but they refused the repair . Took long time to finish, workmanship not so good, and stay away from that shop.

Stay away. After long delays on warranty work (repaint) I was told to get a rental car. Fair enough. I was told I had a car reserved for me at Enterprise. After visiting Enterprise they informed me that they had no reservation for me in their system. I was then told to get a rental car and I would be reimbursed later. Again, fair enough. It has now been over a year. I have submitted receipts and made dozens of phone calls and emails and have received many polite "We will get right back to you" responses. What I have never received is reimbursement for around $1200 dollars in rental car expenses. It has been so long that I am not even sure about the exact dollar amount at this point in time.So warranty work, for paint peeling off, that shouldn't have been necessary to begin with, has cost me:1. Going without my car for an extended period of time.2. Around 1200 dollars in out of pocket costs.I am writing this because after one year I have given up. I am not hurting for $1200, but apparently they are. Times are tough.In fairness, I did receive the free gift...

I called this repair shop and was able to get my car in and out in to be repaired in a timely manner. They also had enterprise come pick me up and take me to pick up my rental car. Also once my car was complete, I was able to drop the rental car to the repair shop when done for them to pick up. By far the best work on paint and repairs. Definitely recommending them again. Cathy and Abner went above and beyond to help meThank you again.

My insurance company recommended Classic Collision after a tree branch shattered my windshield and ripped my drivers side mirror apart. They did an AMAZING job making my baby look brand new. They kept me updated every step of the way and even had her finished a week before estimated time, which was just in time for Christmas and that took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. Thank you so much, Classic Collision.

Not Platinum Service! I contacted and chose this auto body to have my truck repaired. Called several times and left messages. Never once did I receive a call back to schedule service. I even let them know I had the preliminary check for repairs in hand with their name on it. After a month of not hearing back, I contacted another shop. The other shop had my truck looked at the same day and in for service with a few days. Definitely would not recommend this collision center.

Ahhsome Service!!!! From the moment I was towed in to the moment I left. Excellent Customer service. The gal at the front desk was such a sweetheart and made my experience pleasant. The waiting area was super clean and offered beverages. My favorite the coffee. Lol. All around the place to take your car if you are in need of collision repair.

I'm recently had to bring my second car here. It was smashed into oblivion but a huge truck. We were at a red light and the truck backed into our car. Who does this?! Anyways, this auto body worked with our insurance and it was nothing but smooth and easy going. They kept their promises, called when they said they were going to call, and allows me access to my destroyed rig when I needed it. If you HAVE to use a service like this you will want reliable people. These folks are reliable and outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Recently involved in a parked car accident with an insured that had Geico insurance. Since it was the driver's fault (my car was sitting parked in a neighborhood), I went through their insurance for repairs and Geico referred me to Classic Collision. Great service from the start! I dropped my vehicle off on a weekday morning and the rep reached out to Enterprise for pickup for a car rental. During the process, I received status updated via text as to when the vehicle repair started to completion. They had quoted a two week turn around time but finished a few days earlier than scheduled. Picked up the vehicle and was explained everything that was replaced and repaired. Work is guaranteed. Very happy with their service.
