We were traveling from out of state and called Corona’s Costco Tire Center at 7:45 PM after getting a flat on the 15 South, and Saul picked up right away to confirm they were open until 8:30 PM — a huge relief! Even though we thought we were cutting it close, Saul assured us they were happy to help.
When we arrived around 8:05 PM, Saul and two team members immediately jumped into action. They thoroughly inspected our tire to see if it could be repaired, and though it couldn’t be plugged, they went the extra mile to help us explore replacement options at other warehouses. The team was knowledgeable and even filled up our tires with air pressure. Their service was kind, patient, and professional — truly above and beyond.
This is exactly the kind of top-tier service that makes us so grateful to be Costco Executive Members. Thank you to Saul and the tire center team for turning a stressful evening into a positive experience.

I don’t live in the area, but I always prefer going to the Costco Tire Center in Corona because of the honest, helpful service I receive—especially from the manager, Fernando. He went above and beyond by filling up my tires with air and even took the time to show me how to do it myself.
I’ve purchased tires from Costco before and have never once felt pressured to buy anything I didn’t want or need. Fernando guided me through the process, explained which tires were best for my vehicle, and made sure I was comfortable with the purchase. It’s rare to find that level of customer care these days.
This location has definitely earned my trust and I always recommend coworkers, friends and family.

They try to rip you off anyway that can. About a month ago I did my tire rotation with them after that my tire warning light came on and never went away. When I tried to tell them about the light, they tell me ohhhh we need to reset the sensors. When they came out to talk to me. They tell me ohhh you need a new sensors which will cost you $300 dollars. Which the Costco staff didn’t even try to reset the sensors and didn’t even touch my car. He just guessing. That is not very professional and didn’t even tried to help me.

Love Costco but tire shop is another story. Warning! Certain they make Commission because they try to sell your tires when the ones you currently have are perfectly good. Their prices are very high compared to other places. I recommend you shop around when a period when it comes to tires don't take the Costco name for granted. Not courteous.

My mother in law ordered tires and made an appointment online. I helped her do it. She arrived at the tires location on McKinley in corona. She was given a hard time by the person in the front desk because her main language is Spanish. Multiple people were helped before she was finally helped. Customer service and attitude were unacceptable. Id give negative stars if i could. The rating for this location is sad and needs some serious retraining and rethinking of how it is ran.

I have been coming to this Costco Tire Center for some time now. Typically, I schedule appointments to purchase tires and get them rotated for my vehicles, and in those cases, my service is done swiftly. For that, I give this location 5 stars.
When I don't make an appointment, such as when I have a nail in my tire or any other reason, the time can be about 1.5-3 hours.. Not my favorite, but I completely understand this wait. Costco tires are priced well and everyone wants in for the deals, ??♂️ and to be honest, when I have a flat I am okay with waiting as long as my tire gets repaired. ??

They refused to honor my warranty, citing wear and tear on tires purchased less than two years ago. Despite my timely rotations at the dealership, they falsely accused me of neglecting maintenance.

Ive been getting my tires here for years now and I still see a lot of the same familiar faces. I got four new tires ordered online and installed. When I came in to drop the car off, they had an open appointment to inspected another car I brought same day.Thumbs up to Saul, Bobby and the rest of the team. Make an appointment, get there early, be kind and your experience will be great like mine.

Came in at 10 made an appointment for 11 gave up at 1:17. I’m sure if it always this busy but I kinda wish they told me it would be 2hr plus wait. It was just for a tire rotation btw. Would not recommend try a different place

8/23/2023: First time ever at Costco tire center in the past 10 years and the guys did my flat fix. I was a little hesitant to go with Costco tire center reviews and ratings. Went ahead and got flat fixed inspite of having brought a flat fix kit. Great service and happy with it.

Brought my car here 2 hours before closing for a flat tire. Waited till 8:30 pm just to tell me they couldn't fix it because of my suspension. Wtf i just wanted my tire patched up instead they gave me some bullshit story why they couldn't do it
