I was really like this place but not anymore because their products are really bad I got the Ahmed Crème Caramel before I opened the bag I see a HAIR inside the bag it is gross 🤮 I don’t know how they sell the other products I will never go there again

I went there today to get Kanafah from their dessert corner, it tastes horrendous, I bet it’s been there for at least 3 days, please don’t make something unless you make it the best way, simply you don’t have to do that then getting poor feedback

This is by far the worst place . Total scamming and price gouging. Bought sweet mix price $24.99 at register charged me $48.99 . Bought middle eastern butter $5.99 charged me $9.99 at register. They had the call audacity to ask me if I want to return or be charged the full price. Minutes later someone ripped the sticker off when I told I had taken pictures and they’re a total scammers. Never go there again I had to leave and went to king market totally honest people

Avoid This Store at All Costs!!!!! Be Aware
I wish I could give this place less than one star. I recently bought 3 lbs of meat that smelled absolutely terrible and 2 lbs of chicken that was clearly old and had a sour odor. To make matters worse, the customer service is abysmal. The staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Save yourself the trouble and don’t buy from this store. Be smart and take your business elsewhere!

Worst experience of all time. I wish I would give less than 1 star. The customer service was beyond terrible—it was absolutely abysmal. I went there with the simple request of getting my meat cut into small pieces, but the employee I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did the employee have a bad attitude, but they also attempted to double charge me for my purchase. Adding to my concerns, I couldn't even be sure if the meat they were selling was halal. Despite advertising as a halal meat store, all the staff members appeared to be of a different ethnicity, specifically Mexican, which made me doubt the authenticity of their claims. In short, this meat store is an absolute disaster. The employees are not only incompetent and rude, but they also seem to have no qualms about overcharging their customers. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs. Do not waste your time or money here, as you will leave frustrated and unsure about the quality and authenticity of the meat you are buying.

I recently had an incredibly bad experience at this meat store. The customer service was more than terrible— it was atrocious. I went in to get my meat cut into small pieces, but the employee was extremely rude. Despite there being no other customers in front of me, he made me wait for a long time. When he finally acknowledged me, he flat-out refused to cut the meat. His behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional.
The overall customer service at this store is more than horrible—it's a complete disgrace. The staff is not only unhelpful but also blatantly disrespectful. I cannot stress enough how strongly I advise against going to this store. Don't waste your time, money, or patience here. The sheer lack of basic courtesy and service is shocking and unacceptable. This place should be avoided at all costs.
