Rate spikes brought my $99/month unit to $434/month. I spoke with the office staff and they offered me a smaller unit for $125 per month. I moved all of my items to the smaller unit then went to close out my unit and was informed that the new unit will actually cost $175 per month, not $125 as I was originally told. Shady business practice! I tried contacting the district manager several times, left multiple messages, but still have not received a call back and it has been over one week. Zero customer service!

LaRoddy was really nice and helpful. She answered any questions I had and made sure i didn't have any issues. You always want someone that cares to be watching over your stored items.

I visited the office because I lost the keys to my lock and also to switch my unit to a smaller on. Aundrea was so helpful; she cut my lock in less than 3 minutes and she solved all my questions, was patient and accommodating. She went up and down to show me 3 different units and help me decide which unit was the best fit for me. I haven’t gotten 5 star service from a company in years.

From start to finish, the service here was exceptional. The manager, Aundrea , deserves a special shout-out. She is an amazing, incredibly helpful person who went above and beyond to assist me. I highly recommend choosing this facility over any competitor; it is infinitely better than Extra Space Storage. If you want peace of mind and great service, come here. Thank you for everything!

Undrea was so nice to me and my boyfriend with our questions about our storage and she was very patient and honestly I work in customer service and I am not as patient as she is. She taught me a lot today how to actually be a great customer service employee. Thank you undrea you’re a great person and worker.

WEEKLY ROBBERIES!! & Price INCREASES 40% every 6 months!!
My locker got broken into and management did nothing about it. Every time I go there, I see a cop car with a new break in. NOT SAFE!! My unit started off at $100 and went to $215 within a year!!

LaRoddy was very helpful, patient, and courteous, and kept our needs in mind while she showed us around. We were very satisfied. Thank you, LaRoddy.
While checking in on our scheduled day and date, we met Aundrea and needless to say that she took care of everything in a very professional and most welcoming way.
