I had a $15 SafeTussin cold medicine I needed to return as it's didn't work for my cold, however empty. But he suggested that I call the manufacturer instead. I had a good reason to return, my cold symptoms had gotten worse anyway!!!

I'm not sure why the reviews are so negative for this pharmacy location, I guess everyone has a different experience. I've been helped with the utmost of professionalism each time I go and I come here multiple times per month for myself and my family. Is it a bit busy most of the time? Yes, but the pharmacy staff moves at a fast pace and have always addressed any concerns in that moment. They have always helped with any medication complications and seem to go above and beyond.

Hope you guys go into debt. Most unhelpful pharmacy employees ever. They never know what they’re talking about and will lie to you. Also fix the automated phone system bc it’s near impossible to get to an actual person and wants you to download the app so badly. And maybe you should tell us when we have no refills left on a prescription and need to get it re-prescribed instead of us finding out when we are out of the medication. I’ve had problems with CVS for years and they never fix anything.

The pharmacy dept at this location is a JOKE!!! They are RUDE AND DONT LET YOU SPEAK!! I called 2 different days spoke to 2 different people a man and a woman... both just cut you off and don't listen now my prescriptions are all messed up!!! Uuhhgg!!! Can you say TRANFER!!! TIP: don't bother go elsewhere...

Used to like going here but the last 2 visits were unpleasant. They don't use their registers they expect us to scan our own items. Which would be ok if I had less than 5 items. But it is not convenient for someone that has a lot of items it takes longer and the prompts are slow. Which makes the checking out process longer and resulting in longer lines the last cashier was very rude and did not want to help when the self check out got stuck and assumed it was my fault. They need to update them and start using the regular registers specially with holiday coming there will be longer lines. They don't even greet you correctly they just yell out hello and it's not genuine very robotic

I went in for a couple of makeup items and I have some coupons. This was kind of important for me because I have a really competitive interview soon and I had to get my last minute things on a budget.Nicole , the most amazing staff member , and the greatest customer service person EVER. Helped me no issue and was super kind and approachable. I can tell she’s has a very kind heart and enjoys her job. Give her a raise yall please ! New management has been set up with the ultimate team player.
