I came here on 3/23/24 I wanted to purchase some valentines clearance dog toys. I was taking my time in the cosmetic aisle. I went to finally purchase my items the items were not ringing up for clearance prices. The cashier stated they go up in price I told her it’s spring this is a past season item I have items with clearance tags on them. She didn’t help adjust them so I told her I wouldn’t be taking them which she grabbed them off me with an attitude. I had cash tips on me from working and one of the self checkout machines isn’t for cash. So I moved registers. Which then the same cashier asked me if I wanted her to check me out and I told her no. I don’t want her help after she just grabbed things from my hand passive aggressively. She tried to gaslight me. Anyway I told her she shouldn’t be treating people that are paying customers while there’s teen ages girls opening cosmetics and stealing them. And they are constantly broadcasting shoplifting codes through the intercom. Even if this review gets deleted or reported I still did the survey. Horrible customer service.

I have been coming here for years. It used to be a pleasant experience but the service level has gone down drastically. I’m not sure what’s going on but I am not happy with this service.

Irresponsible pharmacist after checking in and waiting only for flu shot and the person said pharmacist had to check out and another pharmacist can't be here til 30 mins more: how irresponsible and in organized.

Call times are extremely long, the “system sends inaccurate information on times for refill for your medications” the pharmacy does nothing to help the clients/patients. I will never use this pharmacy again.

I take many medications. It seems that we have to go two to three times in one week then not for 3 weeks to pick up the medications. The pharmacy was not able to help us where we could go one day to pick up RX's. After many years going to this pharmacy they have not been a help. Also we asked the pharmacy about what happens when we go on a driving trip. The pharmacist says they have cvs through out the country and we can go to any of them when refills are needed. Just what I want to do go on a vacation and visit CVS in different states to pick up medications on my vacations.

Everytime we come, the pharmacist is taking a break or going to lunch. We have to wait for them to return to mix our kids' meds. Transferring to another pharmacy!
