My experience was very unsatisfactory. The clerk cashr#1967708 was very rude to me. I am usually treated very well at the pharmacy, but today was a very bad experience.

This place is a joke. God forbid you wanna call a pharmacist and ask a question. All you get is a computer and maybe they will call you in an hour. What a complete waste of time and energy trying to answer a simple question. It’s pathetic that even a question to a professional is screened by a computer voice.

I shop at this CVS location often. Everyone there is friendly and helpful and will greet you as soon as you come in the door. On this particular visit, Ian, Alex and Randy were awesome! There were no CVS Apple Cider Gummies on the shelf or in the warehouse and they price matched a brand that was on stock. Now that’s service; great customer and Alex brought me a shopping cart. My hands were filled with my items go purchase.

This pharmacy team is so unhelpful. I have never been so disappointed. The staff is rude and do not have any compassion for customers if I could give them a zero I would.

Horrible pharmacy
I have gone to several cvs pharmacies to pick up my Kaiser prescription with no issue I went today and April was no help she said “it’s a lot of work” for her to get a Kaiser prescription there because she needs to call and it’s just “too much”
I asked her we can still just try she said yes and said that they would text me with a welcome message then another when it’s ready.
Never received the welcome message went back and was told it was probably my phone that was the issue
Went home because again April was no help
Hours later and still have not received any kind of text from the pharmacy
Don’t recommend coming here

While at the store I needed to use the restroom. The restroom was clean and had adequate supplies. This isn’t the case in many stores.

I love all the pharmacists here. They’re always very helpful. I get all my vaccine shots here and prescriptions. The cashiers are also very nice.

Went in to grab a few quick items for the road. Purchase a few good deals on some pistachios and another bag that was on sale for half off. Clearly labeled price was 4.99 on the exact item that I bought. After checking the math I realized the amount was off. And saw I was charged full price of 8.99 instead of 4.99. After the clerk helped and scanner was showing regular price. The manager Alex came and saw what was going on. Did absolutely nothing except remove the 4.99 price tag that was on the very item I purchased and instead of at least honoring the price since it was mislabeled. Offered no help. I ended up just asking for a refund since I only purchased because of the good deal. It's sad that management can clearly see it was no fault of the customers. And ever worse , they offer no resolution. Just a bewildered face. He informed me that the one I got was 8 oz. And the sale was for the 7 oz I asked where that was. And of course. He had no idea. What a great visit.
