I am very dissatisfied, I bought a lot of beans because I sell food every day for a company, hello boy is that the beans I bought in this Corona store are made up of old beans because I put the beans to cook for almost 3 hours and some beans are already destroyed from how cooked they are and others are hard and are being cooked. I was about 6 years old and I didn't buy in this store because when they put it in for the first time it was very racist. I'm talking about almost 8 or 9 years ago and I went there because I had no other choice. Then I moved more to the center of Corona and it's closer to Cárdenas and Superior. I've never mixed this with what I buy there, but this time I was close to El SUPER AND I DESITED to give it another chance and I found this in addition to the fact that the Onions are all watery. Be careful where you buy as cheap items can be more expensive.

Just came out of this store 3/31/24 and the cashier MIREYA B was so rude honestly im thinking shes tired of her job and had an attitude because they made her open a register ! But that aint my problem this lady had no reason to assume that my father in law an elderly guy was trying to "buy " beer for my husband who is 36 years old ridiculous she assumed something that definitely didn't happen because there was no passing money around or anything so this caught us off guard that she tryed yelling at my husband telling him next time he was going to have problems with the Police which the police was at the store so if she assumed she could off called the police atm ! Honestly ruined our night just because that lady was having a bad day !

It’s great and obvious how much El Super has improved over the years. I’ve been a loyal customer for 14 years and have always enjoyed shopping there. However, during my recent visit, an employee named Olivia was extremely disrespectful. She yelled at me in front of other customers simply because I asked her to move the bagging station closer to me so I could pack my groceries. It was such an embarrassing moment. I truly hope HR addresses her inappropriate behavior. Situations like this shouldn’t happen in a professional environment.

Was way better when it was Tapatío. Increasingly, staff is rude and very poor service. Stay away from Yoelca, who claims to be the manager. She’s in the cheese dept. I called the manager, Miguel, 3X but they do not answer their phone and no voicemail. There are definitely way better stores in Corona.

Check your receipts and make sure you aren’t overcharged! I was overcharged $15 and went to get money back and Lucy was more concerned that I didn’t say anything in the moment and came back after the fact…Lucy should be more concerned over her cashiers overcharging more than just few bucks and causing this inconvenience in the first place. In this economy? Heck no.

The “manager” Lucy was so rude. She was a cashier and I asked her to open another register. When I asked for a manager, she ignored me. When I got up to the register she insulted me and then proceeded to insult me in Spanish to the customer behind me.
When I called her out on her unprofessional attitude she continued to argue with me.
She even started telling my cousin insulting things about me in Spanish. Just because I look white doesn’t mean I am and I understood everything she said.
If the so-called “manager” acts this way, what does it say about the rest of the staff? Hopefully this woman either gets training or replaced.
