They will NOT return anything back to you if you forget it in their car, b/c they steal it (obviously, or where did it go?) I forgot an expensive car seat in one of their cars and they said it was never found, how do you not give people back their things when it was within hours of leaving it in a car? this was shocking, that you can leave something and never see it again, obviously it was stolen by staff because we called within a couple hours to ask if we can pick it up. they said drive there and they'll give it to you, so I drove over an hour there to have them say no, and to give me a silly look, like I was ridiculous for wanting my property back. that is straight up theft. I refuse to ever use them again and you have been warned--leaving anything in their cars means you will never have it returned, how sad

Avoid if optional, I had them make my appointment, when I arrived they said I am late and they helped two people that came after me, I was on time, before arriving I had asked will I need a credit card they said no, but the day of they said I do infect need a credit card, when I called out the employee I got a blank stare, the whole experience felt like I was a second class citizen, I then proceeded to ask for an SUV, they said no that they had a lady traveling across town that needed it, no appointment, and no proof that she in fact had the money to pay, while I had enough money to pay for any vehicle there, they finally gave me the SUV after a three way battle with employees, experience was 0/0 especially since I had a very high budget and appointment, mind you the entire time there they said I was in fact late even though they shuttled me in and I was on time for the shuttle, again when I looked over at the shuttle employee he had a blank stare and buried his face in his desktop computer, finally one employee stood up and gave me great service as the manager battled him over the SUV, finally I left as I said Thankyou for the SUV rental “ you guys argue this out as I drive away” I really don’t believe in reviews but if this can help somone avoid this area, I am Mexican

The employees at this location offer great customer service. Although the automobile I requested was unavailable they found a replacement that suited my needs. They are friendly and caring to their customers. Thank you.

Allen Rios was very welcoming and accommodating, even go above and beyond, even offered to get the gas filled, upgraded my rental from a midsize car to a full size car, gave me an option to choose which car I wanted. Thank you Allen for making my rental experience smoothly! The new manager, Samuel Yap, was real nice too! Thank you guys and keep up the great job!!!

I had a reservation for 11am. When I got there I had to wait till 12:30. They had just started washing my car and then had to go get gas. When checking me out the guy tried to collect more money than what I was supposed to get the car for. I did not ask for an upgrade they decided to give me one. The windows were still dirty even after the wash. Could have done a better job wiping it properly on the inside. If I had a choice I would not rent from here again

As a travel agent that is registered with Enterprise and a consumer who is utilizing this branch, as my vehicle is repaired; hands down the worst experience I've ever had with this company. To start I was approved for A luxury vehicle through insurance as, that is the type of vehicle that I own. They provided me the most raggedy convertible mustang ever. I was supposed to be contacted when they were able to provide the vehicle I'm supposed to have and crickets. This vehicle has maintenance lights on, the key battery is low and the windows don't roll up all the way. The seat buzzes when you turn on the heater on. Now let's talk about customer service, or lack thereof. No accountability, no follow-up or follow through. Lauren was rude on the phone, lacks problem solving ability and professionalism. The manager Alex, absolutely no accountability at all, only excuses regarding why the upgrade still hasn't happened. I've been in this rental almost 3 weeks. Do yourself a favor and use the Chino Hills branch , I've used them for years without incident. Although now I'm not sure if I ever want to deal with Enterprise again, nor recommend them to clients in the future. Sad.

If I can give you negative stars, I would. The people you have working there are nice, but there is something wrong with the process. You guys just basically stole 220 dollars from me. I recently got into an accident and rented my car from here. Originally, I was suppose to have it for a month, however, the collision place working on my car needed more time. Out of courtesy, the collision place said they would pay for the extra 2 weeks of the rental from Enterprise. Both companies spoke and had an agreement. I get my car back around mid October and I think everything is squared away. Today, I get notification that I got charged 220 dollars from Enterprise. With no contact or warning, they took my hard earned money. How dare you guys! When I asked how can you do that to someone, your response is because corporate told us to and because you can't get a hold of the collision place. You both made an arrangement between the BOTH of you. You should have never gotten me involved if that was the agreement. ALSO, if you would have communicated with me, I could have worked with you guys and maybe even got a hold of them for you. Also the funny part is, you guys were apparently trying so hard to get a hold of the collision place... I just called them and they answered so I don't understand how you guys couldn't. This is a horrible way to treat customers and retain trust.

The people at Enterprise were extremely helpful and very polite. A great auto rental experience. Would definitely rent from this facility anytime I’m in the area.

This enterprise rental location is conveniently located in Corona. It is well staffed and has a good number and variety of cars. The staff are very attentive and friendly to the customers. This is from my first experience with them. I hope to continue renting vehicles in the future from them. They do offer pickup and drop off for the customers.

Don’t ever go here!! Renter!! Beware over charged me on my credit card tried to strong arm me on the extra protection, I told them I didn’t need it!! My insurance covers me they still charged over 300 dollars!! Worst place ever to rent!!! Disabled Iraq veteran!! They should be taken to the news channel over scamming people!!!! They should be ashamed!! If them selfs!! The sales rep also smelled bad and had dirty clothes!!

I made reservations for a compact suv. I waited 20 minutes only to be told the vehicle was getting an oil change. I was offered a car instead yet it hadn't been washed. Defeats the purpose of making a reservation. I've used enterprise multiple times and the quality of service has definitely decreased in the last few years.

Made a reservation and got delayed, so I called and let them know I would be an hour or two late. Arrived to pick up the car and I waited over an hour to actually get the car. Not sure why and I watched five other customers get helped and go on their way while I just sat there worrying about being able to finish my tasks for the day due to the delay. Then they didn't mention or give details on any of the details, like where to return the car or how much gas to put in. The next morning I called to figure out where at the airport to return the car and was told to just drive it to the airport. Good thing we didn't. You have to return to the location 3 or 4 miles from the airport and then take a shuttle. Luckily we gave ourselves plenty of time and we didn't miss our plane. Not impressed by the lack of customer service.

I was not greeted professionally by the assistant manager when she came to help me but she was very polite to the next customer. I was still polite asked her how she was doing and called her ma'am. She went on to tell me she couldnt release my deposit on site even tho I paid it on site...just an overall bad experience with her specifically IDK what it is about me specifically that I should be disrespected...
