I'm glad I gave this FS another chance, I visited a year ago and it was not a good experience. The current group of stylists at this location are all friendly and professional. Lupe cut and styled my hair, she did a great job.

Lupe was AMAZING!!! Walked in with on a whim and asked if I could get a trim, she asked me a few questions, I said I really want it short but to not feel short or acted like short hair.She exceeded my wants!!!! If I wasn’t moving she be my new hairstylist I can only hope my new person can follow what she did !!! ??

It was my first time visiting the blowdry, Diaz made a dream hair for me with a gentle touch and made me happy with what I dreamed for myself.PS. Before I thought My hair needed to take a long time to be stylish, but she showed me, that it depends on professional hair makers. Can't stop looking at my hair. Thank you, Diaz. 1 aw

Been coming here for years, but today is the last time. Today, I had an appointment at 3:30; at 4:30 I asked if they had an ETA. The guy literally told me not to have an attitude (he replied with a lot of attitude) at which time I told I had been there for an hour. Apparently, there was something up with the computer, but he also muttered something about no one knowing how to book appointments. A woman came up to help him while he continued to talk. I think he was talking to her (I'm five feet away) & saying with an attitude that he wasn't going to take me. At that point I had enough, cussed him out & walked out.(While I waited another female customer walked out when she realized how long the wait was going to be).Screw ups happen. Just apologize to the customer, even if you think they have attitude, since you're the one who screwed up. Instead, I had to deal with an unprofessional person who couldn't deal with a customer who's rightfully upset. Also, if you don't like a customer don't share it with another worker right in front of them.

After the pandemic started, I started cutting my own hair with clippers. Not great work, to be sure, but sufficient for that time. I needed a good cleanup, so scheduled an appointment here. Showed up ten minutes early, but quickly learned that they had someone who called in sick and were running behind. Waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes, then got my turn. Learned that they use clippers too, so I was able to share the guide # I have been using. This isn't like going to the fancier salons, very much "fast food" in comparison, but it got the job done for me. Discounting a point for the hour plus wait.

Walked in to get a haircut, before I could even sit down the lady said "it'll grow back if you don't like it." Definitely not what you want to hear from your hair stylist. Grabbed my coat and left. Maybe they're good but i don't know. Good luck!

The worst haircut ever my mother-in-law came out looking like Karen and my mom look like Lord farquaad from shriek. Called to see if I need an appointment no they said no better just to walk in. When we got there she acted like we were putting them out. Didn't mind we had to wait but don't ack d*** about it. Then the woman doing my mother-in-law hair was rough. I don't recommend the two women there however didn't get there name.

I have been coming to this place for years and won't be returning again. I took my 11 year old for her usual trim and style and added a hair treatment. Normally around $65 and the stylist always did a great job. This time was terrible! Trim , then dried her hair without a brush waving the blow dryer until my daughters hair became supper frizzy and dry, then straightened her hair using a flat iron. In total I was told it is $139, I asked why was the pricing so different then before, the hair dresser proceeded to say she was a professional and had her own cost not the corporate pricing, also kept saying my daughter had thick hair so she had a charge an extra $24 just for that. When I asked for an itemized receipt she quickly made corrections and gave me $103 bill. The itemized receipt included 2 charges $12 each for extra long hair color, which my daughter didn't get any hair color, the stylist proceeded to say that was a problem in their system but she wanted to charge that because my 11 years shoulder length hair was too thick? If you work for a franchise stick to the franchise pricing that is advertised if you have your own pricing get ur own salon. I paid and walked out but they lost several regular customers today. Didn't get the stylist's name dark long hair, small build.
