In my opinion the community should avoid this location.
Yesterday, 5/24/20205, I was there at the location about 5 minutes before the close of their business. I wanted to ship some documents internationally, so I spoke to the lady a middle aged lady there on the counter and asked her to process it. She said the documents will not go out till Tuesday because of the memorial day weekend. I had an urgency and so I pointed out that there is a Fedex truck in the front which can still take my package. She immediately said it is Fedex Ground. Disappointed I started looking at other locations in the area. She came out from behind her desk and moved towards the gate saying that their unit is now closed.
I moved out and started looking at other locations. I found one and was starting to drive away. At that very moment, the Fedex Express van shows up. The same lady was waiting on the door to let the driver in.
So at one hand she said that my documents will stay in their location till Tuesday but she got the Fedex Express pick up she asked us to leave.
She also saw me watching all this and after having a split second view on me, she just ignored us.
While she could have helped, she denied. I was at her mercy and I didnt get.
Sometimes you need that extra help, which I requested and did not get.
Couple of years back, I had another incident at the same location, which I ignored. Based on the two incidents, I am going to avoid this location at all costs.
Based on how other locations have gone extra miles to support, I will avoid them at all costs.

Wow!... Sophie and Adrian at the Corona Fedex Print & Ship store are awesome. I had an important small printing deadline to meet for tomorrow morning, and it was less than an hour before closing on a Sunday afternoon. I tried a lot of other nearby office supply stores, but either their equipment was not working or they were too busy to help me on a Sunday. Both Sophie and Adrian helped me get my printing job done in only a few minutes. Very kind, helpful and professional. You don't find excellent customer service like this very often. Thank you!

this place takes Amazon returns. I didn't have to pack the box or wait for a shipping label or anything! they just took it and gave me a receipt. really simple, it was fast and easy. they get you in and out really quick. there was no line, no waiting time. parking lot was big and open too, so lots of space. it's next to a McDonald's and donut shop. I will definitely use this place again

I was here to print. This is a small location but its very clean and the printers were free during my visit. My documents had a problem because a barcode was getting cut off, the staff was very polite and quick in helping me resolve the issue.

This place used to be helpful. But like FedEx, customer service is down the drain. This spot, I have had a number of issues, because if you need to most basic shipping assistance--go somewhere else!
