My tire had blown out, needed an immediate replacement the next morning.
No appt was made, just walked in, told Jehremy what I needed and I had to be out asap to go to work. Not only dod I not need 2 tires I thot I would need, he told me my other tire (Firestone) was in great shape so I only needed to buy the 1 replacement...made me smile big!
I was out in under an hr... Thank You Jehremy and staff at the Corona store on Main St!

I have been taking my car to Firestone for over 10 years and recently have noticed a return to the quality and efficiency of the Corona center that seemed to be dwindling about a year ago. After meeting and working with Jeramey Melugia (sorry I am not sure how to spell his name) I believe he has a lot to do with how well things seem to be going now.

Left Mazda with a defected tire they refused to fix! They gave me a reference number and pushed me off to this location. Arrived, greeted right away, by manager Jeremy! He took a look a tire, put my donut on because didn’t have tire in stock… contacted another Firestone and made arrangements for future repair! Great customer service and very happy with service.

I received an oil change at this location and was helped by Jeremy! He did an awesome job at helping me chose the correct and price efficient oil for my car. As a girl customer the honesty is appreciated! I will be returning to this location for my next change.

Shoutout to Jeremy and Himan! I came in as a walk in for my breaks shaking and squeaking. Not only did they get my car completed within only a few hours leading up to a holiday weekend (I had taken my car to another shop where they could NOT fix the problem) Firestone fixed the problem first time! They gave honest and extremely helpful knowledge regarding my vehicle. I will 100% be returning for any other needs my vehicle may have in the future!
