This office is a joke. I was told that they cannot do full coverage on my 2019 Hyundai Elantra because to them it is old. I purchased my car brand new, Clean Title CA vehicle. How is it not eligible for Full Coverage? I would understand for my 23 year old Dodge but my 4 year old Hyundai.

If you are considering getting your insurance with Loya, please do yourself a favor an think it twice. I’d recommend you to Not get your insurance with them. Go with an actual insurance who cares about you. They increase my deductible to 3,500 dollars.Go elsewhere before you regret it

was there the other day with friends to get insurance for a new vehicle. They had come all the way from San Diego to purchase, dealer needed insurance to leave lot. Could not make payment over the phone, wanted pics, etc. We got there at 4:45, office closes at 5:00. Office was locked. Thought maybe workers were using restroom, so knocked on the door. Woman came to the door and said "WE WILL OPEN IN 10 MINUTES!" we questioned why when you close in 15. "WE HAVE TO TAKE BREAKS! I HAVE TO SHUT THE DOOR I DONT HAVE A MASK!" Yeah, we went elsewhere.....

Fred loya is very unprofessional ! Even their very own coorperate office, they cancelled my insurance because their website was DOWN (mind you all i have screenshots of their website being down)i explained to them that i wasnt able to make phone or walk in payment because i was out of the country and my parents who were on my policy werent able too because my mother had been ill at the drs who suffers (from tumors in her nasal area ) and vertigo. They told me i had to restart my whole process because according to them other payments from other places had gone through, this is very UNPROFESSIONAL and INCONVENIENT i am a CONCERNED customer trying make a payment which you guys didnt make ACCESSIBLE AT ALL and all they did is pretty much repeat that they had other payment methods when CLEARLY i had just explained to them my situation, and most of all it was something on THEIR behalf! I understand they have different payment methods but at the momment i had to do what was convenient and it back fired due to them, now i have to bring my sick mother from out of bed so that shes able to restart the whole process when its something they shouldve fixed on their side. I am not asking for sympathy all im saying is im a paying customer whose bringing up a concern for their business and i am treated like a child They need to assits their paying customers a whole lot better and have beyond more professionalism because those are 2 main things this company lacks.

The old adage "you get what you pay for" is very true for this bargain insurance company. -If you get in a car accident they will not pay to cover the insurance on the rental. Even when you're paying out of your own pocket for the rental. -If you buy a car they will not insure it until you bring it to their location. They recommend you buy temporary insurance FROM THE DEALERSHIP. So leave the dealership with your "statement of fact" at your own peril! -They nickel and dime you when cancelling your policy before the end of the 6 month period. You have to go to the office in person and they charge $30 dollars to cancel the policy within that time period and what's left of the pro-rated amount is sent to you by check. -When you call customer service to cancel the policy the rep tells you to just let it run out until your due date. They thereby make more money instead of pro-rating your amount. Shady! -If you get in a car accident and you are hit and call to report it with them they are useless. The rep that answered told me to call the insurance of the person that hit me. Until I involved my lawyer, then they started calling 3 times a day. I guess you should buy this insurance if you are desperate. As for me? I'm done with them for good.
