This is my first time going to great clips, my GPS gave me the wrong adress to another shop but I came inside just to get a haircut and Anne checked me in. She was checking me in the computer as I was giving her my number and my name, she told me to write it down. If she need me to speak louder or slower I could of. Im not sure if she had a hard time hearing but as she was cutting my hair I tried to ask questions but she didn't respond or. The haircut was fine but the customer service was condescending and unwelcoming. I'm sure it's a great place but for my first time it wasn't

I asked for a longer length scissor mens cut. A flow type cut and had multiple pictures. I had spent the last 6+ months growing out an extremely short pixie and had hair down to my jaw when I walked in. Annie helped me, and she destroyed my hair. I told her very specifically that my main concern was having my hair be even bc the one side my pixie 'side bang' was on was so much longer on the side i used to have shaved, and i wanted to have the versatility to swap between side and middle parts with my new hair. The flow cut I showed her had front pieces down to the cheekbones. The top now barely reaches my eyebrow. I asked for the back to be blended, it wasnt. And worst of all the side that used to be longer, was now significantly shorter than the other. And she missed an entire spot behind my ear resulting in a much shorter cut than I asked for, and looking more lop sided than when I walked in.
I came back today, and Cristina helped me. She had to cut my hair even shorter to fix it. She essentially had to redo everything. Even the shorter side. She did the best she could ( and a great job). It's still not what I asked for, because Annie took the hair I needed to have the cut I want, but it's beautifully blended now. It's still slightly uneven though. Cristina took the time to show me the 'hole' Annie made, and explained that was the cause of the unevenness. We opted not to cut a 'hole' in the other side to make it even, instead blending over it so it can grow back more discreetly. Cristina also informed me Annie had thinned my hair significantly, which was part of the problem. This really upset me because I never gave Annie permission to thin my hair at all.
Overall Cristina did a great job recovering my hair. It's looks way better even if I have to start growing my hair out all over again 😞

Reasonable prices and great men's haircuts. I went for a new hair style and my barber did a great job, loved my haircut. I would definitely recommend that you use their app to make an appointment.

Love the app appointment portal, let's you know when your next so you can start heading to the store. Staff were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend it.

Cynthia is very rude and disrespectful. She does not know how to talk to people. I had a coupon to use on one of the receipts. I wanted the get the original receipt back for my records and expense tracking. She rudely said, "I won't give it to you." I asked her to rip the coupon off and give me the top portion and she said "I will not give it" in a very rude and disrespectful way. You think we are going to reuse the coupon and have to become rude about it? I clearly said you could cut the coupon portion off and give me the receipt, but Cynthia refused. What is a receipt for? It is a proof of purchase and is used for expenses. This is a receipt for a previous purchase, you already have it in your records but now I don't have a record of the transaction. Shame on you. I would immediately fire Cynthia. For the amount of money you charge for haircuts you should at least hire people who know how to communicate and provide customer service. I will not be returning back to this location ever again. Very poor service and the quality of the haircut does not reflect what you are charged for.
