  I came in on Thanksgiving, but I called ahead of time just to make sure I could stop by and pick up a vehicle. Josh came through and we closed the deal in less than an hour and both went home. Thank you bro!

  I just purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram from Green Light Auto this week. I shopped at franchise dealers in addition to Green Light,and honestly the vehicle at Green Light was in better condition than the others I considered. GLA sales staff, especially Joshua, were super cool 😎 and went above and beyond to help the process go smoothly. They worked with me on the price of the vehicle, and were very fair and honest. Sometimes these non-franchise stores get a bad rap, and some deservedly so, but not these guys. I would recommend giving these guys a shot if you are in the market for a used vehicle.

  Bought a car here for a family member, and within a few weeks it started stalling and was unsafe to drive. The used car lot refused to tow it or provide a proper repair even though it was under their warranty and the issue was caused by their mechanic when replacing the battery. Staff kept passing us between the salesman, manager and owner with no solution, so we ended up filing a complaint with the DMV and BAR. Our family attorney could not even locate a “Green Light Auto” when looking them up in the DMV system.
  
  I would not recommend this used car lot.
  
  Update / Response: I still do not see any resolution. My sister was told the owner is out of town, so they “can’t honor the warranty,” even though we submitted professional mechanic reports showing serious issues.
  Also — suspiciously — multiple new 5‑star reviews appeared just hours after we posted our honest negative reviews and just minutes after you replied to our reviews. That rapid influx of glowing reviews feels misleading, especially when there had been little to no feedback for months before that, and some older reviews describe issues similar to ours. Potential customers may want to view those positive reviews with caution.

  My sister just bought a car from them and it broke down 3 weeks later and needs thousands of dollars in repairs, even tho the mechanic at the dealer Gilberto told her
  it was fine. After he worked on it the car honestly got so much worse to the point where she’s stranded and can’t drive it. The shop refused to help tow the car (even tho it was only 9 minutes away from their shop) and refused to offer any real help even though she has a warranty?? I was going to buy my car here too because I thought she got a good deal on the good car, but I see now that it was a mistake buying from
  Them. These people will get what’s coming to them but I will not be buying my car here and wouldn’t recommend anyone else either.

  Bought a used 2015 Mercedes C300 from Green Light Auto in Corona, overheated day of purchase, failed repair, dealer manager told me safe to drive and electronics died, I revoked in writing yesterday and returned the car, now the owner “ Fawaz Kaddour” is refusing full refund. Mr Kaddour was very rude and unprofessional. DON’T EVER PURCHASE A CAR HERE!!

  Amazing people, Josh the salesman got me into a very reliable Honda and he understood my situation, I needed a car ASAP and he got me within a hour I was driving away home, very happy with the service, finance helped me out super well

  Don’t go here purchased a dodge charger I got it and within the first couple weeks it went back to there shop numerous times for over heating and high oil temp told them check the transmission and now my car is non op needing a new transmission ofc they never did best believe they’ll be hearing from me again and I won’t be alone

  All they seem to sell are cars that are in terrible condition — either high mileage, poorly maintained, or with hidden issues. On top of that, the owner was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked basic questions. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. This place is a fraud.

  Don't waste your time on this place! Go somewhere else where they are more professional and will actually help you. They tried to sell a car that was 8k online and said financing is available. Finance guy said they only take cash for cars this cheap (that was not advertised). He then told me I can pick any car I want on the lot to refinance. LOL - I should've read the other reviews online before I had these guys run my credit!

  Horrible experience. Super deceiving during the sales process and then are completely useless after the sale is done. There were many details that were hid from me about the car. It had severe frame and suspension damage and took thousands of dollars to repair. I repeatedly asked for the most recent maintenance check and never received it. Will never go back.

  This car lot sold me two defective vehicles the print out they give you on your car is not accurate I investigated a lot on this car lot and they are facing multiple law suits for selling junk car and giving customers false documents they don’t do nothing they say but I will make an example out of them the car fax paperwork is fraud also

  09/12/2024 - Yes & YES! Do yourself a favor and come here. These men & business are amazing. Their service was above and beyond! Something you’d expect from a big car lot. Very professional. They made sure I was comfortable and that I left with a vehicle. They had their work cut out for them, but assured me the whole way through.
  
  They have many lenders they work with, just make sure you bring a GOOD down payment. I wasn’t rushed in my decision. I wasn’t haggled. There was no “bait & switch” or anything like that. The car I asked about online, was the car I seen in person. (Prices you see online are CASH prices. Only a little more for financing). They also have an on-site mechanic IF the car needs something or you request something.
  
  Overall, EXCELLENT experience. I’m very grateful. Josh & Thomas, I appreciate you! Thank you. Blessings.
