Green River Village is a gated, low-key, and quiet community. It is a clean and well-maintained manufactured home park with a dog park, a pool, and a basketball court. It is close to a golf course, range, and several convenience stores, with easy freeway access. Many residents find it peaceful and tranquil. Management receives mixed reviews, described by some as very helpful and knowledgeable, but by others as unresponsive, with inconsistent standards and poor communication regarding closures or interruptions.
Ok place. Tow truck visits often. Once u are on management's radar they don't stop.

We stayed in the River House, and it was amazing. I have no complaints here—it's just beautiful and relaxing. I will miss the sounds of the river at sleep time forever!!

I deliver grocery orders here and find this a very family friendly community who takes pride in their lil piece of paradise and have beautiful nature around them. The customers in here have always been so polite and a pleasure to be of service helping out!
