The price of tools have significantly increased, and the quality has stayed the same. Hard to blame them in this economy but definitely not a cheapo tool store anymore.

Great prices on everything, helpful staff, some items are junk but most of it will get the job done and costs 1/10th the price of big box stores. 10 years of wrenching and still haven't broken a tool yet.

THE BEST Harbor Freight I've ever been to.
Granted, I've only visited a dozen or two Harbor Freight stores spanning several states and many counties, but of all the stores, this is EASILY the best one.
The store is large, clean, bright, and well stocked. There is ample parking. All of that is very good, but what truly makes this particular HF special is the staff.
The staff is helpful and accommodating. They answer questions. The offer helpful advice on everything from products to consider purchasing, on through to tips on how to handle certain tasks. They've held the door for me, and even let me stay after closing when other stores would have kicked you out 15 minutes before they've officially closed. They've accepted returns here when I've purchased items from other Harbor Freight stores without comment or complaint.
Whoever is managing this store is doing a great job, and other managers would do well to emulate their style.
