Highly recommended! Hertz off Lincoln in Corona, Ca is my second home. The employees always take care of me and treat me like a friend as opposed to a client. Furthermore, they have a great selection of vehicles and the rental process always goes very smooth. I typically deal with Mariah and the branch manager, but all the employees are extremely helpful. Next time you need to rent a vehicle give this hertz location a shot.

I just paid them $1350 for 1 month rental. I asked them for a ride home, they told me to wait for 1h to 1h30 for that. Receptionist was very rude. Very bad business service. I had to walk home.

My family has been been using the Hertz Corona facility for a few years now. They are genuinely one of the best rental facilities we have ever encountered. They are highly professional, friendly and accommodating. Never thought I would spend the time to comment on a Rental Company, but they are very deserving.

Able to reserve a car near where we were staying. Quick service: The car was fine. Only draw back is that they don't have an after hour key drop, so we were forced to end our outing early to get back to the location before they closed to leave the car.

Really slow service for a Saturday morning, even after making a reservation a week in advance. When I finally received the vehicle, it was dirty inside, not sanitized at all how they claim all their vehicles are. Seems like they rushed to get it clean and it felt itchy. Will definitely not rent another vehicle from this place. Staff was attentive and polite, but there needs to be more than one person on the counter on busy days.

When I picked up the vehicle, it was late because they were cleaning the car. When I returned it they complained it was dirty and charged me $100 cleaning fee, even though they have workers there specifically for cleaning. Hmmm. Shady.

I assume like many businesses these days, the issues stem from the top with understaffing/stocking.During the time I spent waiting for my car I watched 5+ customers be told various reasons why they would be late/have to settle for a vehicle far below what they needed.No real critiques beyond that. The service simply isn't provided. Another branch that gladly takes your money and begrudgingly provides you service.

I will not be going back to Hertz nor will my husband when we need a rental. First, the lack of communication is aggravating to say the least. Second, I was not given a choice to which car I wanted, which I overlooked but that message could have been delivered better then, "This is what I have for you, here are the keys." Third, I was quoted at a rate of 35$ a day and ended up being charged 40$ a day. This price difference was not made aware to me at the time of the verbal discussion when renting the vehicle from the young lady assisting me. Forth, When she took me to the car, she took a few pictures of the vehicle and said she would send them to my email, in which I gave her. Those pictures were never sent, though I took some myself. Fifth, under my insurance, I had up to a week covered and Hemborg Ford was covered the second week. This was reconfirmed per conversation with both Hemborg Ford and Hertz of Corona.I did not find out that I was being overcharged till I saw the deduction out of my account. On the Hertz receipt, it says that I had the car for 13 days when I did not have it more then 8 or 9 days. I ended up being charged a few hundred more then I should have. To make matters worse, I have called Hertz for the past week and there is no way to get through to any live person as I have exceeded every possible phone dial selections I can. I will still fight this charge because it is not okay to treat customers this way.

Horrible time management and reliability, made us wait for an hour to get the car, why have a pickup time if they dont even have the car ready then. Just go somewhere else.

Disappointed with the Hertz experience. I was provided this location by my insurance company to rent a car. The link provided multiple cars at different levels, we selected the Jaguar or similar vehicle on a Friday. It was three full days before they called us. We went to the location to pick a car. The lobby was full, the AC was not working well - very hot; we were lucky and got a seat, others were not so lucky and had to stand. We were there for an hour before we were helped. While waiting, we saw client after client having an issue with their rental process - cars not ready, car issues - One poor guy rented a car online with his debit card and paid in full, the location said they don't accept debit cards and he had to use a credit card and wait for a refund on his debit card. Why would the system allow someone to use a debit card, take the funds and then not accept the card when it's time to pick up the car. Anyway, when I was called up it was a bait and switch - I was told they had no luxury cars and they tried to put me into a SUV. The associate actually laughed when I mentioned Jaguar, even though the link I clicked on when reserving stated Jaguar or similar. They had no Jaguar or similar cars in stock. When I asked about a luxury car they responded they could look around to see what they could transfer from another location and it would be maybe tomorrow before I could have it. Maybe Monday is not the day to rent a car at Hertz? We departed a full lobby of standing room only clients waiting and went elsewhere. After, I tried Enterprise in Riverside and rented a BMW X3 - even though I had to wait a little for the process (switching the reservation from Hertz to Enterprise - auto insurance claim), I waited in air conditioning and an organized operation that was still able to accommodate a lobby full of clients with patience and efficiency. Enterprise saved the day. One star for Hertz due to mentioning they could try to locate a car for me however after what I observed in the lobby decided to go elsewhere; 4.5 stars to Enterprise for saving the day. Add: after I posted this review I read through other reviews for this business. It seems the debit card and other issues are a regular issue and advice would be stay clear of this place - there are other rental agencies in the area that do better. I've used Hertz before but nothing like this place. I first thought maybe it was an "off" day with new employees, etc but after reading the reviews - not the case. This site is broken.

Let me start off by saying that it Hertz me to leave a negative review for them. I rented a vehicle while mine was at the dealer for repairs. I rented the vehicle on a Friday evening for 10 days. About two days later I received a call authorizing me to rent the vehicle for a total of 20 days. I called the rental place and informed them that I was extending my rental for an additional 10 days. I spoke to Patty and she said ok and that a $330 deposit would be placed on my my cc. Fast forward a couple of days and I get a call from Hertz informing me that my vehicle was late. I call Patty and she checks her computer and tells me "oh you extended it. see me when you return the car." The day I'm returning the vehicle comes around and I'm sitting in the office waiting for Patty to return from I don't know where. 10 minutes later she comes in and instead of helping me first, she decides to go off with another customer in an attempt to claim a vehicle key with the supermarket manager next door. There I am waiting for her again all while my husband is waiting on me and making him late to his dr appointment. Another 10 minutes later and she's back and finally helping me. So it turns out that my extension on the vehicle did not go through. Patty sits at her computer telling me that the cc deposit did not go through and that's why the extension did not get applied. She then proceeds to tell me that she keeps thorough notes and that she called me and left me a message. I went through my voicemail history and did not have a call from her. She spent who knows how much time trying to figure out when I called her for the extension just wasting mine and my husband's time. She finally then tells me that I have to pay for the late fees on the vehicle because the extension did not go through. It was her fault as she did not call me or leave me a message as she claimed. Her "thorough" notes only said that I called for an extension and not extended. How thorough is that??!! Can't even prove to me that she called and left a message which she dis not! I told her that those late fees are her fault and I shouldn't be responsible for them. She tells me there's nothing she can do and that I have to call corporate to fix that. I have to call on my own time and fix her mistake!! What should of taken less than 5 minutes to return a vehicle took about 30! She wasted mine and my husband's time. She could of just told me that yes she screwed up and to call corporate and they would take care of the late fee issue instead of dicking us around and wasting our time!!
