My Wife and I needed a new refridgerator this past weekend 2-24-24. We waited for Yanire Bos to help us. She was 100% very helpfull and helped us find the fridge of Our dreams. She Was the only Person in that department and I was soo close to go spend My 3k dollars at Lowe's. Home Depot You can't only have 1 person by themselves especially when the People are there to spend thousands of Dollars. Again Yanire Bos was great and We will go to Her for any future purchases.

Well I had to try to find a needle in a haystack. I went into home depot trying to find this bolt that would help fix my mother's Walker. Amazingly and I cannot say it enough , there was a lady named Sandy, She looked at the hole on the Walker and went right to the bolt. I have never met her before I do not know her but she has got to be the best employee they've got... I mean she really cares. They told me to do the survey I wish I knew how I tried it 3 times I couldn't do I thought I would Yelp. I hope they never lose her.

Tried to get a house key never taught it would be so diffilcut to get the hardware employee to come cut one out saw him talking to other employees and no care about service. 12/26 7:15pm

I have been taking my child to their kids building projects at the beginning of the month for years (before and after the covid shutdown) After Covid, I started picking up the projects for us to assemble at home to get away from the crowds. (plus the area they have for assembly is too small and right next to the street where none of these customers pay attention to the road) I have never had a problem walking up, showing that i have registered, and walked away with project in hand. These passed 2 times i have gone to pick it up i have had to deal with a VERY rude woman who gives me a hard time both times just because my child is in the car with his pregnant mother and not with me. I have seen her hand over the project to single moms with a smile but when i get to the front its nothing but rude comments and arguing. Go to the mckinley home depot...WAY nicer staff and cleaner

Let's start with, this is a Home Depot. It's mostly a place for visitors looking for something for their home, be that for DIY projects, plumbing, restoration, appliances...you name it. Customer service only really counts when you've got a question or looking for something specific, and when you're at the registers to check-out. So, it's a pretty straightforward place for your home needs. As for this location. I've been here maybe a handful of times, and have done pick-ups for online orders and those were a breeze. The store itself also has a good stock of products, from big, small, to ginormous items (need lumber, anyone?). A recent walkthrough of this store, I saw staff everywhere, from the paint sections to all the other aisles. They're just helping customers, or stocking items. They don't bother you unless you wanna bother them! So if you just wanna browse around here, or maybe even get in your daily steps (it's a huge place so you definitey can!), you won't get any person asking you questions. On my last visit, I was also looking to see if they had any recycling programs for packaging materials, but they unfortunately do not. They do, however, have the standard recyling bins out front for used batteries, shopping bags, and and light bulbs. Good to know! I do hope someday they'll include packaging material recycling, since many of us purchase things from online...and we have tons of shipping materials. Anyway, a little sad about that, but, the staff that helped and spoke with me were super friendly and gave me the info I needed. In all, an expected Home Depot, no fuss and you'll likely find what you need here. Parking is pretty good here, too, just watch out for the big trailers and trucks, as they can take up 2-3 spots sometimes.

I paid in cash for wood. I gave the Pro desk all of my measurements and exactly what type of wood I needed. They took about 2 weeks delivery time. And when they delivered it. It was not what I order and I was told the wood feel off the truck and was damaged.I returned it asap and went to the Home Depot with receipt in hand and was told they are having a technical issue with the computers and come back in a couple of days and it would be resolved. I went back 4 more times with them telling me the same thing. It's been over a month now and they are now saying they will mail me a check even tho I paid in cash.That was a week ago still no refund check! Very poor service. Manager had a terrible attitude told me to take them to court she don't care.

I was at the S Corona Homedepot located on 1355 E Ontario Ave yesterday with my son to pick up some flood light bulbs. The assistant manager, Cindy was incredibly helpful. She took her time to help us find the right size and even rang us up. I appreciated all her help.

The lady at the paint desk wouldn't sell me paint unless I gave her my phone number. I told her I didn't need this paint saved under my account. She proceeded to say this has always been policy and that she was the supervisor. I told her it wasn't, especially because I bought paint two days prior without a phone number. I ended up giving my phone number, and later, she said the phone number thing was something new they were trying to push....

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not shop here. We ordered new patio cushions several weeks ago. When they finally arrived, they didn't fit our chairs as expected, so we returned them to Home Depot's 3rd party vendor as instructed by the store. I was NEVER ISSUED A REFUND and it has been 7 weeks. I have talked to several employees at this store, including Katherine, Fabiana, Danny, and Karlie the assistant manager. Every time I spoke with an employee of the store, they would tell me something different and would refuse my refund. I have been told multiple times that they have put a work order in with I.T....to finish processing the refund, and it still hasn't happened... I have been told the SAME THING for seven weeks...All employees were EXTREMELY RUDE. None of them cared at all about the fact that they stole our $200. We don't have the cushions- they reached the vendor weeks ago when the return was made. Home Depot will steal your money and they don't care at all. Don't shop here.

I have to say that most of the time I am in a Home Depot that could care less is you are there. But this last time I went to get six doors. They came to help and went way above and beyond what I expected. Also bought a fridge the day before and the kid was great. Hopefully they are changing for the better.

I will never step foot in Home Depot again! If I could give 0 stars, I would. We ordered a stove and it wasn't on the delivery truck. We had already taken our old one out. 3 1/2 weeks later, 17 phone calls totalling 5 hours (They never return calls as promised), we finally get out stove. Their so called compensation is ridiculous. Go to Lowe's or any other hardware store.

I came to rave about Brian (In Garden) customer service. Seriously I called frantic after searching for Christmas Lights everywhere. Online it says that you guys had 5 instock of the brand I wanted. This guy went above and beyond to look in different areas for me. I swear we were on the on the phone for about 25 mins.. I didnt feel rushed or that he was irritated with me. Infact the last place he looked (In the return bin/Go backs) he found all 5 of the lights I needed for my home. Im so grateful..everyone should strive to be more like Brian ..patient, kind, and helpful. I made my husband drive almost an hour for the lights. Thank you Brian we love the lights for our first Christmas in our home.

One of the worst branches we order gravel to our backyard After spending a lot of money in home depot because it is a big name instead of going to small contractor, we did with them the turf flooring really bad we suppose to receive our gravel from 3 weeks ago and we submit a complaint and they sorry we will make sure you received today after 5 times they missed the order because it is their mistake and today we received an email for reschedule for the 6 th time Unprofessional customers services not helpful they don't appreciate your time at all really one the worst and so unprofessional
