I called this place about our truck. Sadly, we were not able to use this shop. However, I was having a really rough day when I called and talked to a lady named Shandra. She was so pleasant and professional after a day of dealing with all jerks. It's sad when someone being kind and helpful is the thing that sticks out most...smh!

Please, anywhere but here. This was recommended by my insurance. Horrible place and even worse customer service. A problem when my vehicle came up that overheated my engine and my mechanic friend was like hey it’s so n so. Not wanting to void my warranty I let my insurance set something up so “professionals” could work on it. It took them days to discover what he did in maybe two hours of talking about it. They dragged it out so long my insurance stopped wanting to pay for the rental. When it was due back they said there was additional issues and needed to run tests and by the third day when I said I needed my car back they mysteriously found a solution n said they can try again and start over with the issue. I said no thank you and when I picked up my vehicle they tacked on additional fees that they said the insurance wouldn’t cover. The fees wouldn’t be added to the bill but written on a sticky note. This feels like in the movie “the mask” when he takes his car in. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Don’t come here. Very unprofessional. I was like, “just put on the bill nickle and dime fee”

For various years I’ve been taking in my trucks from a 2016 4cyl Tacoma to my 2014 Cummins RAM.
I gotta say this place hasn’t let me down.
Pricing is reasonable, they don’t add labor just to add labor and they do a very good job on making sure your vehicle is up and operational at all time.
They provide feedback with their expertise and make you as a customer feel safe that your auto is in good hands.
Truly recommend.

My car was towed in to Inland Auto. Recommended by AAA. I was very pleased and impressed with their work and with the people. Flor was so helpful with me and my dog Cooper. Jesus explained everything and sent photos. My car is running very well and I will definitely use Inland again and refer them.
