Great in store service. But trying to call customer service was a nightmare. Was on hold for over an hour. Noone every picked up. Ended up leaving a message, Noone called back. Emailed customer service no return response. I had to drive to store about my mattress that had failed. They finally were able to get someone to contact me to resolve my problem.

We had to wait 4 months for delivery of our sectional. Less than a year later, we had issues with the material separating and part of the frame snapped. The 3rd party warranty company didn't list the material repairs on the repair order when the guy showed up to fix the frame that broke. We didn't get around to making another claim until a year after the half assed repairs were done (because you wait on hold for an hour to make a claim and we had a newborn at the time). Now, the 3rd party warranty business is denying our claim for the frame repair stating it's only covered for 1 year, while Jerome's website SPECIFICALLY states 5 years. Jerome's and the 3rd party are too lazy to call each other so you have to place calls and waste a whole entire day trying to get someone out for warranty repairs. I'm never buying at Jerome's again. Don't waste your time and go somewhere that stands by their products and service.

Sara was very welcoming from the very beginning. She made process very easy and not stressful. We appreciated her help with our 2 two purchases. We will definitely recommend Jerome’s to our friends and family.

My parents bought a couch a few years ago and the electric recliner is not working. Not sure if it is defective or if it's something minor. I went to the store and asked if they can send a technician. it is out of warranty but I am willing to pay to fix it. They refuse to help because it is out of warranty. they have no customer service for this situation. I ask if it was still under warranty what would happen. They say they would send a technician to fix it. Why not provide a service for your products.Its' like buying a car and if the warranty runs out they will not service your car. So basically, there is absolutely no help with any defect once you walk out the door.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Sara! She greeted me immediately after entering Jerome’s in their Corona store. Upon my request she quickly showed me recliners that also rock and swivel. The quality of all their rockers was first-rate and I settled on the gray leather rocker within 10 minutes because it was luxurious just most comfortable! Also Sara answered all my questions and was able to facilitate a delivery within 2 days as I requested. Thank you Sara for showing me my new dream chair! I plan to return for more shopping!!

Kristal was great to work with! She gave us great insight on products & helped us pick out our perfect couch. All other furniture stores we went to felt very pressuring, but Kristal made the process very laidback. Highly recommend her!

I am so disgusted with the customer service at this location. We have been using Jerome's since The 2015 and furnished our first apartment as well as our first home and they have no loyalty to their customers. Their associate KRISTAL made a mistake and ordered us the wrong sectional couch so the wrong couch was delivered to our home and we do not currently have a couch and when we called the store the assistant store manager (who never even provided her name to us) immediately told us "well it's more expensive and that's too much for the store or the associate to cover" mind you this was BEFORE any discount was even mentioned. All we were doing was trying to get the couch we wanted. I told her we weren't expecting it to be covered but with the fact that it was their mistake and we've been long time customers they should at least take it into consideration. She then accused us of trying to abuse the system to not pay for the couch.... The driver called his customer service and they advised us they were very sorry for the confusion and apologized and waived the delivery fee for the next couch. The site called back and said they would do 10% and it would take off about $300 we were happy with this and felt it was reasonable on both ends and asked if they had received notification from corporate to waive the delivery fee and she then said yes the 300 was including that and stated "we then took off $100" so for all of the headache and mistake that's all she felt it was worth even after her accusations. We checked a competitor and didn't find a couch we liked as much so my husband went to purchase the couch and the "assistant manager" gave them the cost and and then went to lunch instead of meeting with him as a "manager should" and to top it off not even the discount was mentioned and finance couldn't find any record of it and told my husband he would have to wait until she returned to speak with her... I am soo upset with this experience that we had. We have been long time customers and will NEVER use Jerome's again especially this location. If I can offer any advice do not go to this location. Take your business elsewhere. It's not worth the headache.

Everybody as a whole was amazing friendly and knowledgeable. I believe the sales associates who helped me were Kam and Krystal. Literally best sales reps we've met at any furniture store. I was originally going into to just discuss options but the experience they gave my wife and I was perfect and we decided to buy a few different items. We definitely will be coming back to see them.

My husband, my baby and I went in to look for couches for our living room.We were greeted by Janessa but she goes by Jay. Look we came in to look at ideas of what we would like but have no idea what fabric, material, or style. Janessa was so amazingshe really listen to us and understood what we want in a couch ! We told her we want a dark gray sectional but she went above and beyond! I love how patience she was with us especially also having my baby girl with me!! We were there all day and yet this girls attitude was better and better! I showed her photos of my living room and let me tell you!!!!! this girl knows what she is doing! She took us to a beautiful dark gray sectional that had fabric options and different ways of connecting so it will fit perfect in our weird layout living room. I came in worried about not finding the right fit for our awkward living space but I left so happy and excited to have my couches delivered to my house this week ???!!! Janessa if you see this THANK YOU AGAIN for your patience, your amazing attitude , jokes and professionalism ???? I will definitely come back and advise everyone to ask for Janessa's (Jay's) help! She will listen to what you want! Shout out to Amy who also helped us with the finance part :)

If I can give 0 stars I would. Mid April I bought the Cumberland desk and hutch for my daughter. 5/12 it delivered with the hutch splintering. I am now 5 deliveries in and it's been damaged every time. 3 more weeks for next shipment. Their compensation after I have had to go in store 2 times? $60. I asked for a reselect so I can be done with this. Not an option. So I am at the point of small claims court. 40 hours of loss time taken off work because even after all these issues they still won't offer me a deselection. Take your hard earned money elsewhere, I wish I would've.

My in-store experience was good and I love my Siesta chaise and trundle couch, but I am not pleased with their customer service. It took 10 weeks to get my couch and, so far, my delivery refund (due to the length of time it took to receive ) is non-existent. They tell me that because it was done as an online order it takes longer to process the refund and just ask me to be patient for a while longer. It's not been THAT long yet I guess (2 1/2 weeks rather than 7-10 days ), but I personally would hesitate to buy from there again.

We went to get some power life recliners and highly enjoyed our experience. The showroom is huge and very inviting. We highly recommend Nacho, our salesperson. He is very outgoing and knowledgeable. While visiting, he assisted me in trying out the different chairs and made our visit quite enjoyable. If I ever win the lottery, this is where I would go to furnish any home. They are top notch and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

Kamal (Kam) and Marjorie, and the person that handled our Warranty Couch replacement; Were Wonderful. Kam went above and beyond to help us pick out the 6 piece sectional. We could not have been happier with the help that we received and the choice that we made. He also helped us pick out a few things that I will be purchasing in the near future. We have been a long time user of Jerome’s and they have always gone Above and beyond, as Kam did during this visit. Please commend him and Marjorie, as well as, all who helped make this purchase a wonderful experience (the warranty person, as well, who helped get this transaction completed) . Exceptional Customer Service! Thank you again!

Everything nice is on back order, so be prepared to wait or have to shop somewhere else. Staff obviously work on commission and don’t really care about what you want or are asking for. First time I’ve ever walked into a furniture store and was asked “How can I help you?” I felt rushed and the salesman didn’t listen to what I wanted or was asking for . For example, I asked for a mid-century modern dining set and he started pointing out ALL dining sets that were the cheapest thing on the floor. I will never go back here. Terrible shopping experience.

I bought a beautiful bedroom set from Jerome’s. I got preapproved online, and was able to get the order placed in store without having to wait for the actual credit card to come in mail. It was such an easy and quick process!
