I have shopped at Joann's for a very long time in Northern and Southern I California. This store is a horrible mess. Fabric is all over and in no kind of order. It hasn't always been this bad. I asked a clerk if they remodeling the store and she looked at me strange and said not that she knew of. Couldn't find what I was looking for but there didn't seem anyone to help. As I was leaving customer couldn't find anyone to check them out at the front counter. I have tried to remain loyal but it's getting difficult.

I love Joann's, it's one of my favorite stores and I spend a lot of time here. I've been coming to this location for the last twenty years. They always have what I'm looking for and I find even better things than I had in mind.I give them a 4 star instead of 5 because I arrived recently on a weekend about 15 minutes to closing and had a strange experience that I hope isn't repeated.Upon arriving the sign lights were off and when I entered the associate at the register said to me instantly, "We close in 13 minutes," I knew exactly what I was looking for and knew I wouldn't take long and I continued in. The store was very messy and disorganized for being close to closing. I found what I was searching for and was helped by Kristina in the fabrics area. She was very friendly, helpful and help me find great deals. She definitely should get a bonus or a raise, as I saw her working the whole time and was friendly, never rushing me out or being rude even though we were close to closing.The other woman Dez at the registet was a different story. She was rude when I entered, repeated on the loudspeaker multiple times that they were closing at 8:55, which is not the actual closing time. I felt very rushed and missed picking up an item because I felt like I was being rushed by the loudspeaker. I was at the counter before 9 and when I checked out, she was also rude, stating that she wanted to go home. I don't believe working in customer service is for her and would reccomend that she search for another line of work that better suits her preferences. She truly made my experience unpleasant so much that I'm sitting down to write this review.Joann's is still one of my favourite stores and I would love for them to have a remodel and refresh their team with people who are happy to be there so that the overall experience can be as pleasant as it's always been.

I love Joann Fabrics as a store, but NOT this location. It was a horrific mess. Looked like it’d been hit by a tornado. Also, only location I’ve ever been to where the interfacing is all BEHIND the cut counter. So I can’t look through them myself to read the different weights and usage; I would just need to already know which one I want. Thats probably the most ridiculous thing I’ve seen at any Joann.Also, all of their sewing machines and some other misc Cricut items are in a locked case surrounded by boxes and junk so you can’t even look at them. I understand locking things for potential theft issues, but at least make them accessible to LOOK at. I don’t want to have to move all boxes out of the way just to look…

This store is so dirty! The manager is the rudest customer service person I have ever dealt with, not sure why she still working there. Spend some extra time and go to the riverside plaza or the Temecula store.

The employees are very nice from my experience, and the fabric selection is great. However the store could really use a remodel. The floors, shelves, ceiling etc look outdated and worn, and some of the shelves are disorganized with random clutter. They also are often understaffed. One time the only cashier was stocking shelves and had to stop what she was doing to go on register. I tried applying for a job there since they clearly needed the help, but the only position they were looking for was assistant manager. I hope that location gets some attention from the business as a whole so they can do a remodel because that would solve their biggest issue in my opinion.

This store is a mess very sad considering it's in a decent area , the lighting is bad, big hole in the ceiling where water damage occurred the floor is dirty , the front doors are dirty , all the displays are disorganized, or sold out or sold through, not filled in especially for this busy season to make money just a huge mess looks like they are closing down No. Music no sprit the employee are not very friendly they look at me like grumpy cat Joanne company needs to do a surprise visit and help their store get it together. Pls Thk u

Once again the staff are 10 stars. Super helpful and beyond nice.The 5 stars are for the very small staff. Hard to find some help because busy helping others. When you do get help the staff is beyond amazing.

I had to ask if store was closing when I walked into store. It was dark and sweltering hot. It is so dark that In order to match fabric colors in store you literally have to go to the front of the store where the windows are to see good. The heat is overwhelming and you can see the employees sweating and making their best efforts to still deliver good customer service. I reached out to the District Manager of this store and all she did was patronize me about the situation and said she would take my comments into consideration. My comments??? How about the reality of the circumstances you have going on in the work environment for your employees. Needless to say I filed a report with OSHA and I refuse to give them my $ anymore since they have no respect for their employees safety, customers shopping experience or even the companies image. I have been a Joann's customer for years. See ya and I hope OSHA helps out your employees to keep them safer.

I have never been inside a Joanns Fabric store that was so dirty. I was looking for a certain fabric and was told to try this Joanns. My mouth fell open when I went home inside. No organization in the fabric section. There is more bolts of fabric in the floor than on the shelves. Customers were actually pushing the carts over the fabric in the floor. I asked the clerk at the cutting table if they had what I was looking for, she was kind and looked it up for me, then said yes they have it somewhere and it's on sale, but she doesn't know where it would be. I asked if that means I need to dig on the floor to find it, she smiled at me, I told her no thanks I'll go elsewhere. You can tell this mess has been there a long time. Needs to get Corporate involved.
