Johnstone Supply is a phenomenal store with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Customers feel genuinely cared for. The team, including friendly and experienced members, is an absolute pleasure to work with, providing great support. Staff are described as easy on the eyes, with big hearts, and are always happy to help. Contractors wouldn't shop anywhere else for their HVAC supplies.
This whole store is phenomenal very knowledgeable staff you genuinely are cared about as a customer !!! As contractor wouldn't shop any where else for my HVAC supplies. Ask for Jack, Robert, or Sal they really know their stuff.

Love this store! The manager Toni is very knowledgeable, very easy on the eyes too! I also like dealing with Jake, Tino, and Bert! Bert is a little on the quiet side, kinda hard to get him to say a word though. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
