This shop is great, solid group of guys and extremely accommodating. Some POS thieves tried to steal my catalytic and were unsuccessful. Despite being very busy, Johnny got my car up on the rack for inspection, and the damage was not that bad I would Highly recommend him automotive, including exhaust and fabrication.

Used to go to them all the time back in the day no problems. This last time was just bad customer service and sloppy work. Cost me more to rent a vehicle because they needed 2 extra days to fix same problem. Don't recommend unless you have a classic project car or and off road vehicle. Oh and Steve what a "character"...

Jonny Lightning for Years now when needed.Engine/Brakes/Electronic Ignition/.Gas Tank/Ignition wiring, ECT.He has it Running Strong.
Just got a 1950 Chevrolet 3100 - 5 Window

Johnny lightning is a high performance Specialist.
My radical street strip fuel injected 438windsor 68 Mustang was having major stalling and misfiring issues after another well known shop R&R'd my high compression 438 Windsor. Other shop had car 3 months and couldn't figure out the issue. Took to Johnny lightning and he checked everything and finally concluded the 30 year old 5.0 fox body transplanted PCM and harness must of went bad or possibly damaged by other shop.
Johnny recommended the Holley Terminator X Engine management system, and my stalling problems disappeared. Car runs excellent now and zero issues so far.
If you want a high performance auto professional then Johnny lightning is the place to go. He gets you in and out too, and doesn't leave your car sitting there while putting new customers in front of you like the previous well known shop did.
Thanks again John and Steve. My 68 Mustang runs great and is a rocket from a dig...lol

Horrible and untrustworthy !Don't go here !The engine in my truck was consuming oil. He recommended a new motor. He replaced it but took 2 extra months. Then he fried the main computer. Tried to blame it on the transmission. Im still waiting for him to call me back, its been 4 months. The new motor drinks oil also. He wont take responsibility for his mess up !Shitty mechanic not on BBB

Jonny took our 69 Chevy Impala that had been sitting for 5yrs and had many issues but they went through the engine and had it running in a couple of days. also needed a new Transmission and tires and electrical work. They were spot on fixing everything we needed for an absolutly excellent price.I would trust this company with ALL my needs.. Thank You Jonny Lightning. 10 stars out of 10 here

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Took my GMC truck to these guys after having it at 3 different shops. Nobody could figure out why it was stuck in 4 wheel drive. Off a recommendation, I found Johnny Lightning. Dropped it off and 2 hours later they called me and had already found the problem. I told them to go ahead with the repairs and gave them a LIST of other issues the truck had. They kept my truck for a couple weeks. They called me on every issue to let me know exactly how much prior to doing anything. Johnny Lightning has earned another life long customer. I never leave reviews, and they never asked or even mentioned a review, they were just great! Thanks guys!
